Absolutely lovely. So clean and well maintained and beautifully presented. Location was central, close to Astoria metro, easy to walk anywhere in Buda or Pest sides. Friendly helpful staff and commication via WhatsApp. Aircon was good (if a little hard to understand how to control, but the managers were very helpful).
The room had a coffee maker; the extremely well-eqipped and clean kitchen was separate which meant no cooking smells in the bedroom. Our room was really big and spacious and airy, and perfectly peaceful, at the back of the building, so zero noise from the street (and it was overlooking a little interior courtyard, where Z bike rentals were quietly and diligently going about the maintainence of their fleet, which added some peaceful local vibe to the window view - we loved to open the window in the morning to hear their music drifting up). We also liked how the reception wasn't 24 hour (someone was on-site about 9 - 3ish), as it felt more like coming home - the managers communicated effectively about our chosen late check in time to make sure they were there when we arrived. Bottle of sweet wine given as a nice welcome.
My daughter wanted to live there!
As I'm doing a thorough review, I'll say that the only tiny things that would have made me happier would be a) coffee for each day of staying (I did ask for a couple more pods each morning though), and b) more focus on sustainability, such as a change of towells and sheets being by request rather than automatic unless declined, and a cafetiere/espresso pot in the kitchen so plastic coffee pods could be avoided altogether.

Great hotel location, clean rooms, and the airport shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. A special thank you to Alex, who was very kind and helpful. He sent us detailed instructions online on how to enter the hotel when there’s no administrator, where we could leave our luggage before check-in, and also let us know that our room was ready two hours earlier than expected. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process

The room was comfortable and very clean.
The kitchen was equipped with all what you need.
The dis level floors in the room are a bit of a hazard, and you need to be careful.
The entrance of the building is a bit creepy but once you go up in the reception it is very modern.

Convenient location in the city centre.
No breakfast was offered at this hotel. Vouchers were given to go and eat breakfast at a nearby hotel cafe restaurant, which is about 2 min walk.
