The house itself is not only beautiful, but there has been a great deal of care put into what a family will need for a week. There are five bedrooms, four of which have their own baths. The kitchen is great, with new Viking appliances and almost anything you need for cooking breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Silverware, plates and glasses, and cooking utensils are plentiful. The garage is huge and two large vans easily fit. In the garage there are beach toys for the kids. The back of the house has a large patio with a big table and some other chairs. There is also a gas BBQ. Outdoor space includes rooftop deck, backyard eating area, and a patio in front with a propane fire pit. You can walk to the beach and restaurants, and everything was less than a 25-minute drive. That includes the zoo, downtown, the Midway, Coronado, the fabulous parks, and restaurants. This house is set up for the ideal one-week or more family stay. There is a huge washer and dryer, many towels, and it cleans up easily. If you choose this property, you will enjoy it no matter how many you have in your party!

Just finished up 5 nights and we loved this house. It met all our needs and then some. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fantastic that has high end appliances and everything we needed for cooking. House was very clean and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was clean, perfect for hosting a large family that requires privacy and together time. There are several seating areas, places to eat and spend time together. There is a bathroom attached to four of the rooms with an additional full bath on the first floor for the king suite next to the kitchen. We had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Quiet neighborhood, clean house, 3 outdoor spaces, great kitchen, and comfortable rooms made this home a place you would want to return to. The property management company could improve their response time to phone calls for assistance as well as having someone answer the phone during business hours instead of having to leave messages.

Our family enjoyed all levels of the house and the close walk to the beach. The beach toys and wagon were very much appreciated. Three suggestions for improvement would be: 1. An electric griddle for cooking would be very helpful for pancakes and other large meals. 2. Two more kitchen wash cloths could have been useful for washing counters and tables. 3. There was not a broom for the kitchen/living room area. We had to bring the vacuum down from the second floor just to sweep the sand up off the kitchen floor.

Great location for our family getaway to San Diego. This house has it all starting with an amazing kitchen, great outdoor spaces, close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beds and bathrooms were ideal for our group of 10. Highly recommend.

Stayed at location end of June for 5 days. Beautiful home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The home is well furnished and very comfortable. However, we couldn’t find measuring spoons and the AC was difficult to figure out for those who stayed on the top floor. Other than that great house and very nice people to work with. The garage was big enough for a suburban and a sedan. Also it was nice to have a beach wagon to get things to the beach which is about half mile away. There are boogie boards and beach chairs to use. Walking to the beach was not difficult and there was a cross walk to get across the busy road to the beach. About half mile to shops and restaurants. The home was close to down town San Diego. All in all enjoyed our stay and had a great time. In future I will look for sometime closer to the beach if possible.
