About this house rental

Located in Mission Bay, this charming house for $1,269 per night is a great option for your next trip. Whether it's paddle-boarding, sailing or yoga on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific blue, you will most certainly find Pacific Beach to be San Diego's water wonderland. Remodeled in 2019, with the aesthetic of beach bungalow meets farm chic, the duplex is split into to two separate units, mirror images of one another, sharing one common wall. Each unit has air-conditioning, W/D, fully stocked kitchen and dedicated parking for 2 cars. You are renting both the front & back units, so you have access to the entire property. Privacy between the two spaces, but mere steps from one anothers front door. Great for groups traveling together! The home can be rented as a whole (this listing) for groups up to 12 + 2 infants, or, if you prefer, individually, for groups of 6 or less. We have a highchairs, pack n' play and toddler friendly plastic dining-ware, in each unit. We also provide beach cruisers and beach essentials (chairs/towels/toys etc) so you have everything you need to enjoy PB's fun, laid-back vibe. We encourage each guest to explore the stunning wetland preserve along Mission Bay, or any the unparalleled miles of coastal boardwalk along our scenic beaches. Plan a picnic at Kate Sessions or a sunset bonfire…any and all of these are truly a ritual and way of life around here, made for cherished memories. The neighborhood: This is a peaceful area of PB and you wake up to chirping birds and breezes through the palm trees. You have peek views of Bay Park from the large deck in the front unit. Cleaning: Through guidance from the EPA and CDC, maintaining green cleaning practices and essential measures to protect against infectious illnesses, continues to be our priority to ensure the health, safety and well-being of each guest in our home.

My husband and I, our adult children, and 2 young grandchildren really enjoyed our stay here. We rented the front and back duplex for several days. The front unit #1 has a very nice front porch area. We walked to the bay a couple blocks away and bicycled to the ocean about a mile away. There were lots of fun beach toys in the outside sheds and plenty of beach towels and other towels inside. The coffee provided was not fancy, but was abundant and we really enjoyed it. Parking at the ocean and at the Vrbo is a challenge, but we managed to squeeze 3 small cars into the designated parking in the back alley. Everything was nicely kept up. I had to communicate with the host on several occasions because our plans changed slightly. She was very helpful and gracious! Thank you so much!!!

Having 2 of the exact spaces for 2 families (mine in one and my extended family in the other) allowed for us to all be together but still also have our own space. The patio was a great space for all of us to sit together to enjoy the evening. Having 2 parking spaces was very nice since street parking is rare. The location was to far for us to walk to the beach on beach day with all our stuff but close enough that allowed for morning walks down and back. We had a great time and enjoyed the space!

Heather was an amazing host and extremely flexible and communicative. It was a very hot weekend when we stayed and they had extra fans shipped to the house. Definitely would recommend staying here. The house was very clean and well stocked.

Our stay here was amazing! The owners were extremely accommodating regarding check-in and luggage storage after check out. Everything you could need for a stay in Pacific Beach is provided. Any question was answered promptly!
