The property manager was absolutely awesome. Our wifi went out and he responded immediately. All was as expected. We had a great time celebrating our granddaughter’s 16th birthday together as a family. Location and home were excellent.

The house itself and the location is prime. Todd is very responsive. The house amenities desperately needs upgrading. When I chose this house to rent, I was under the impression that inside was going to just like the pictures. Not of it was true. I paid a lot of money and I expected a lot more. Pillows were so small. Molds are showing in the bathrooms. Kitchen items are old. The inside really needs to be updated along with the furnishings. We did not do any laundry since the washing machine had a very bad odor when someone would leave their laundry for days and not drying it. Again, the house really needs to be updated for the cost of renting. Otherwise, the location is prime.

We had a great time at the house. We loved the location and the outside balcony. We also enjoyed being close to restaurants. I would like to have seen better linens and towels for the home, as well as more updated mattresses. But, other than that it was a great place.

This location was so pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed watching people, dogs, and kids playing on the lawn and beach along the main Balboa Peninsula thoroughfare immediately in front of the house. The beach was amazing, as were the sunsets from the balcony. The rooftop deck was a really nice added bonus. We enjoyed the walkability to many restaurants, coffee, and ice cream shops. The house is lovely, though it does shows signs of wear on cabinets and fixtures from use as a rental. The towels are plush, shampoo is provided, and the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, spices, and coffee. Having a garage was a great added bonus, as was the full-sized washer and dryer. Communication with the host was exceptional. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beachfront paradise. The property was beautifully designed and has been well maintained, for a rental unit. The aesthetics were gorgeous and we loved the sliding glass doors for all the balconies that overlooked the ocean. Our three children had a blast playing on the beach and swimming in the waves. The rooftop deck provided a great spot to eat and catch the sunsets over the Newport Beach pier. The location was on the beach but the only draw back was the parking lot in front and some of the large crowds at the fire pits. Overall, we had a great family vacation at this beach house and would recommend this property to others.

This place was exactly as pictures. Breathtaking views! Clean and well kept. The host was extremely helpful and always available. He had a pack n play and crib available and was very accomodating with every request. I had never stayed at a VRBO before but with a large family I felt it would be worth a try. I am so happy that I did and will definitely stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful time at this house and Todd was great at communicating with us. The location couldn't be better - definitely do the beach bonfire at least one night. There is a grassy park in front of the house that our kids played soccer and football at during all hours of the day and night- and of course there is the beautiful beach. There are many cute shops and restaurants nearby as well. We rented bikes and hit the bike path to and from the pier every day and also biked in the cute nearby neighborhoods and Balboa Island. The parking lot in front of the house didn't bother us one bit (like I assumed it would). As for the downsides, unfortunately the stove/oven still did not work for our stay which was a much bigger pain (and expense in eating out for each meal) than I thought it would be, but that has since been replaced (the day we were leaving). And the house is much more run down than the photos suggest. Still worth staying at the house, but worth mentioning as the wear and tear was a bit shocking to us when we arrived. That and the set up of the 3rd level bed/rooms is awkward - didn't quite work for our 2 families with young kids, but for several couples or families with older kids it would be fine. We traveled with another family and one whole family of 4 slept in the master because the kids didn't want to be that far from their parents. Our family took the 2 rooms on the second floor. Again - none of the "cons" outweighed the pros - worth every penny!

This is a nice home located in a very cute area of Newport Balboa . The house came with soap and dishes and towels . We had a great time .

Where can you stay and watch the most amazing sunrises and sunsets from the same vantage point? HERE How about a beach bonfire? 100 feet away! Wolf appliances and grill! The best statement I can make is that in a place where there are 1000 things to do, I didn’t want to leave the 3 block perimeter of the home. Great great stay and magical home.

We had a family reunion and this was the perfect place. Plenty of room! The property was clean and modern. Excellent location right on the boardwalk, beach, park and pier. 2 garage spots were perfect. And the house was stocked with all the basics you would need. Property Manager was very responsive before and during our stay. We would stay there again, highly recommend.

This property has the living room and kitchen on the 2 nd floor. With the accordion style doors open on the balcony, you get great views of the beach and ocean without having to deal with all the foot traffic below. Garage was bigger than I thought and able to park to regular sized cars. You can park in the parking lot below for about $30 per day, 8-6PM Night parking free

This is our second time visiting this property and it was perfect. The house is great, the location is perfect and the manager Todd is always extremely helpful. We will be back!!

Lovely views and great beach access. Management was highly responsive before, during, and after our stay. Could use a few minor additional touches (good hair dryer, an area rug) but management was extremely accommodating, even securing a crib for us for our infant so we didn’t have to rent one. We would stay there again!

The location and views are tough to beat! Beautiful home, perfect for our larger group. Great location on the boardwalk, right next to the grassy area and bonfire pits. Only “complaint” is the pullout couch upstairs was NOT comfortable. Ended up buying our own airmattress to sleep on. Otherwise the house came with everything needed to sit and play at the beach. Would definitely come back and recommend!
