Our overall experience was good. It was nice to have three bedrooms (vs two) and the kitchen was equipped with tools for basic cooking needs. I guess we didn’t fully understand that this standalone home would have upwards of two different sets of families staying there, so we could always hear people above us (we were on the first floor). Also, we selected this property to be walkable to the beach, so we expected to have some line of sight to the beach but from our floor there was none. We thought maybe clearing some of the brush and growth could help clear a nice view from the back deck. Also, the path to the beach was overgrown a bit, no gate between the public access and our walkway so that was a little sketchy- it would be nice to either be gated or to have a clear fenced distinction of the property. Our friends staying further inland payed about half the price as us with double the living space, so I think we need to do a better job researching property specs in the future because while this was nice, I would expect an ocean view with ocean view prices. But if you want walkable beach access, this certainly gives you that option.

Condo was roomy with new couch, comfortable beds, big deck for outdoor coffee. Terrific beach access and quick walk downtown.

For the most part it was a great pick.. on the surface clean.. as long as your aren’t ocd and don’t look.. beach walk not bad.. thought we was able to see it from home but no. Needs to be more parking. Having an outside shower was a plus . Even though we had some hiccups with parking we would chose this place again.. We
