Situated in Palma, this lovely house for $275 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Wonderful house for 6 people in es Portitxol, with a beautiful private terrace and the beach only 280 metres away. This fantastic house boasts such a wonderful, joyful and well cared terrace that it becomes the perfect place to enjoy unforgettable moments. The covered space is ideal to enjoy a delicious breakfast or to cook succulent recipes on the BBQ. Next, you find an artificial lawn area that invites to bask in the sun on the 2 sun loungers or to read a book beneath the awning. Inside, you can enjoy your meals all together and relax whilst watching the TV-sat in the airy living - dining room. You can also use the pellet stove when it's cold outside. Next, you enter the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and everything you need to cook. And from here, you can access the laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This ground floor is completed with a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. They have no closet within but there is a spacious independent walk-in closet on this floor. and you'll also find a bathroom with a bath for the whole accommodation. A baby cot and a high-chair are available as well as 2 fans and 1 electric radiator. Es Portitxol is a peaceful coastal area but lively at the same time. It's a charming and friendly place located near Palma de Mallorca, the capital, so full of life at the same time. It offers a quiet beach which is less than 300 metres away, a beautiful marina for a nice stroll, lots of bars and restaurants and the basic services needed. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. This is a perfect place for a family vacation. Peaceful and private with a nice backyard. The supermarket is next door and bus stop just around the corner that takes you to the city. Walking distance to nice beach and restaurants. The house was clean with fully equipped kitchen and even contained dishwasher and laundry. We’d love to come back again.

I liked: Great place to stay in at Palma. Close to a good beach, if you have very small children it might get deep too fast, but for us it was lovely. Better then Playa Jardin further down on the beachwalk. So nice to listen to mostly Spanish on the beach. The house was great and had all we needed. If you book the air conditioner, check to see that they have started it and included the remotes so you don't have to start the first nigh without. The house is very close to a big supermarket. And Close to the buss stop for Palma city centre. We had a fantastic stay (2 adults + two girls 15 and 17 years old)

The company are brilliant. So kind and helpful. We would recommend others to book with you again. The house was very tidy and clean. House near local immunities but also in a quiet area. 20 mins walk into the centre of Palma.

Super accommodation in a great location, very clean and well equipped.
Great for visiting Palma city. Portixol is very uncommercialised, with great places to eat. A welcome pack would be a useful addition for weary holiday makers upon arrival. Overall one of our better holidays and we plan to return.

qui est très spacieux, propre, avec tout les équipements utiles et pratique, les trois chambres sont spacieuses ainsi que la pièce qui sert de dressing. Le logement se trouve en face d’un super marché, il est proche de la plage et vous pouvez aller en marchant au centre-ville. Les propriétaires sont très réceptifs. Je recommande pour une famille ou un groupe d’amis qui souhaitent découvrir Palma. ❤️

This property worked very well for our family of 3 generations (my husband and I, our son and his 2 adult sons). It is in a great location - we walked into Palma regularly and there are restaurants and a grocery store very close if you don't want to walk that far. There is also a regular bus into the centre of Palma. It is also a block from the sea and a wonderful walk along toe seaside. All in all we were very happy!

I liked: Posizione ottima, a pochi passi c'è un supermercato e nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi ristoranti in cui poter mangiare, mentre con la macchina si raggiunge il centro della città in pochi minuti. L'appartamento è ampio e spazioso in 5 siamo stati molto comodi.
I did not like: Ci sono due bagni, ma solo in uno c'è la doccia

Fantastic location! Very close to the supermarket, bus stops, restaurants and the beaches. The managing company was very quick to answer questions and offer suggestions to help us during our stay. House itself was spacious, well-appointed and easily comfortable for 6 people. 100% would stay here again!

The owner was always very responsive when we got in touch with any queries and was always very accommodating! The house was very clean and ideally situated near the beach and supermarket. Portixol is a perfect location if you fancy a week to unwind. Recommend if you’re travelling with young children!

Estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos y tiene todos los elementos que necesitamos para estar cómodos (quizá solo encontramos necesita algunos pocillos para café espresso). Desde alli se puede ir caminando en unos pocos minutos y por una rambla muy linda hasta el centro de Palma, estacionamos el auto alquilado a menos de 50 metros de la puerta todos los días, y la salida hacia las distintas localidades de Mallorca y el Aeropuerto es muy sencilla desde Portixol. Este barrio es muy lindo en la primera linea del mar, no tanto más lejos, pero es muy limpio y seguro. Lo pasamos estupendamente.

We are a family of four and it was perfect for us. Well equipped, super comfy and warm beds, really spacious. It had lots of nice touches too like dishwasher and laundry tablets, coffee pods and bin bags etc The house is very well organised with everything you need but no clutter and it was spotlessly clean. There’s a pellet stove in the living area when it’s chilly and an extra heater in the bathroom which is a nice touch.
We could walk to the nearest pebbly beach and restaurants in a couple of minutes or the sandy one in less than 10. It’s a 20 minute walk along the Paseo to the Parc del Mar which is brilliant for children. Having the supermarket on the doorstep was also fabulous as we could wheel the trolley to the front door. The Thai takeout in the car park of the supermarket is really good! We cannot wait to come back it’s a real home from home. Communication with Homerti and check in/out could not have been easier. Fabulous service all round and very quick to respond.

Es gibt einen tollen Obstbaum im "Garten". Gasgrill, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind top. Bettwäsche und Handtücher zum Wechseln sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Host und schnelle Antwort bei Nachfragen. Gegenüber ist ein großer Supermarkt.
Die Küchenausstattung war etwas mager. Das Geschirr und Besteck war für 6 ausgelegt, ok. Aber Töpfe und Pfannen waren viel zu klein, um für 6 zu kochen. Schüsseln, Obstmesser und andere zum Kochen notwendige Utensilien gab es gar nicht. Wir haben vieles gekauft und in der Wohnung gelassen. Hoffentlich bleibt es für die nächsten Gäste ;). Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Ein zusätzlicher Wäscheständer und in den Zimmern ein paar (mehr) Haken zum Aufhängen von Klamotten wären toll.

Todo muy bien, la casa está limpia y en una posición muy cómoda teniendo el supermercado en frente. Confirmamos que no se puede hacer ruido por la noche porque puede molestar el vecino de casa. Lo único es de acordarse de cerrar las ventanas cuando no está nadie porque nos ha entrado el gato del vecino en casa.
