Location, pool, friendly staff
We had a family room, two tall adults and a 16 year old 6ft one the beds are not big so my wife and I could barely move. WiFi went Saturday still gone Sunday but in other parts of the hotel it worked fine I asked about resetting the router they couldn’t then asked for 40 mins more on the Sunday and was charged extra I think they should have waved that considering.

The rooms were very nice and clean, the AC worked well and the staff was very friendly. Parking was included but it’s actually 4-5 spot max. We were also able to leave the luggage in a locked room while we went to Chichen Itza on the check out day.
The city center is 20+ mins walk which is a lot in the heat. The pool had probably seen better days and is a bit small but it served its purpose. Lastly, there is not lift so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs ourselves.

The place is located in centrum, very easy to reach by walk everything. The room was cleaned and staff was nice.
The rooms are very dark. We had one in downstairs, further nothing to add.

Location was good. Great stuff, helpful and friendly.
I wish there was more sitting chairs available and coffee maker in the room. Room was very basic.
