Everything! It’s just stunning. Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment: kitchen stuff, plenty of towels, hairdryers..many things were provided that I’ve never found before in hotels in Mexico, super well equipped. Lovely decor. Lovely pool & rooftop. Beautiful scenery. Super comfortable bed, immaculately clean. So impressed!! We didn’t meet any staff but they were in communication via WhatsApp & gave instructions & it was super easy to get in & out.
Nothing honestly. It’s not the closest to the main area but it’s a small town so it’s still not far!! The day we arrived there was a signal outage everywhere so we struggled to find it but that’s no reflection on the hotel! The front door was a little tricky to open but just needed a bit of a shuffle! I’m clutching at straws because it was such a gorgeous place.

Las instalaciones se ven bellas, nuevas y limpias. La habitación es cómoda y trae una cocinita con lo indispensable para preparar alimentos y comer fuera de restaurantes. El diseño del lugar es super bonito y el personal totalmente amable. Se fue la luz en el pueblo en general por unas horas pero no sufrimos tanto porque las habitaciones se mantuvieron frescas, no se sintió tanto calor. Finalmente yo diría que uno de sus puntos fuertes es que es petfriendly 💓. Sin duda regresaría, gracias!
Me gustó todo en general pero si pudieran mejorar algo sería agregar un mosquitero a la puerta trasera para que se pudiera dejar abierta con el fin de que entre mas luz o aire natural, entra mucho insecto solo al abrir la puerta para entrar o salir. (Y a futuro valorar planta de luz o paneles solares).
