Everything was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is ideal. Pool was not clean during our stay.
If the pool was clean. More toilet paper stocked n room.

- Lots of greenery, feels like being in the tropics
- Nice pool area
- Good-sized room
- Very humid bathroom with a bad smell
- Quite far from the center (even if close to the pier)
- Can be noisy: people hang out in common areas with music and BBQs
Overall:
Good value for Holbox, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Located right where the ferry arrives so no need for taxis, great for easy arrival and departure from Holbox

The personnel doesn't speak english at all but was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor area including the pool is beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. The room, on the other hand, was a bit run-down, but that didn't bother us too much. However, the open design of the rooms, with their leaky exposed roof, meant there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and the insect screen had a lot of holes in it. As a result, despite the mosquito spray we used, we were bitten frequently which was not so pleasant. The location right next to the ferry is convenient, but it also has its downsides. At 8 a.m., motorcycle and quad riders regularly let their engines roar loudly on the street in front of the accommodation for no reason.
