Nestled in Lake Havasu City, this lovely condo for $317 per night is a great option for your next trip. JUST REMODELED!!! UPGRADED KITCHEN, ALL NEW APPLIANCES, UPDATED FURNITURE & BEDROOM SETS, BRAND NEW FLOORING & BATHROOM AMENITIES. Paradise found here with Spectacular Views in a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo! It’s equipped to sleep up to 6, but not recommended if you’re looking for comfort. A total of 4 adults and 2 children would be the maximum recommended number of individuals to maximize all available sleeping options without sacrificing comfort & space for this condo. There is a brand new King size mattress in the master, and a brand new full size mattress along with a futon couch & a pull out trundle bed underneath the futon. There are 2 firm & sturdy couches in the living room that do not have pull out beds. This unit is a family friendly, gamer’s delight with an Indoor Shuffleboard Table, outdoor Dart Board, and some classic board games such as Monopoly, Yahtzee, & Scrabble. You will love the privacy of this large corner unit with a private deck! Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with all the amenities you will need, included (WiFi, Apple TV, Cable TV, Streaming Apps, & Telephone Services are all included). There is a stocked kitchen with a Keurig, along with a standard coffee maker, brand new dishwasher, brand new stove/oven, brand new microwave, a brand new full size refrigerator, and a new stackable washer/dryer is located in the master unit, as well. Park your boat for the day on the public beach and watch it from your condo with a beachfront view from your balcony, and there’s also direct & private access to the beach a few steps away. (There are no boat docks on this particular beach, and so overnight mooring can, and will be ticketed. This area is considered to be a state beach and is monitored quite often , so overnight mooring is not advised. You will not be disappointed! Walk over to the Historical London Bridge, or to the town shops and restaurants, club Kokomo’s, or catch the Casino Ferry in less than a 5 minute walk. This unit is Located in a Highly Desirable Private & Gated Community, known as Kingsview. The complex has it’s own parking lot for KingsView guests only, which includes 1 vehicle parking pass and your choice to park either at the boat and trailer parking, covered garage parking, or carport parking; all of which are handicapped accessible to the elevators. Discounted Monthly Rates for Extended Winter Rentals are available upon request. Additionally, if you’d like to bring your pup, our unit is one of the few in this complex that accepts dogs (with an added fee per pup, and we request they be under 20lbs). There is a mandatory cleaning fee that is paid directly to our cleaning crew, who strive to go above and beyond the normal requirements & recommendations that have been mandated post Covid. A rental contract with info, rules, & guidelines will be sent to all renters before their arrival date, as well as individualized access codes for non-contact check-in/check-out procedures. There is a BBQ provided on the back balcony of this unit, but comes with a strict policy to follow when using it, due to local restrictions, if policies are not followed, guests may incur extra fees accordingly. There's also an electric grill & a Gorge Foreman grill, which can be found in the kitchen cabinets. We really hope you enjoy this Hideaway as much as we do. Havasu is a special place that’s just far enough away, where you can feel like you escaped from the daily grind. The town has its own unique charm and social nuances, that are sure to leave you refreshed, renewed, and recharged at the end of your vacation/getaway. Newly remodeled. Excellent end location with large deck with views overlooking the Channel. Having the beach was great to park our boat during the day. The unit is clean and the owner did a great job decorating! Very comfortable. This is our third time renting this condo.

Location of this condo is awesome. It is great to have the beach out front to park the boat during the day and either hang out on the beach or head inside and take a break from the heat. We have stayed at 4 other units in this complex, and this one is the most thoughtfully appointed, down to the foot wash bucket provided so you don’t track sand in. The corner unit provides added privacy and is adjacent to a small gravel area with plants that is ideal if you are bringing your dog. Communication with the host is excellent and any questions were promptly addressed. We have already booked our next trip.

-There was old pizza in the microwave when we arrived and the host admitted it was her sons. Disgusting.
-The listing stated there was fully stocked Keurig. So we didn't bring our own coffee, which we normally do. Turns out there was a coffee pot AND a Keurig stocked ONLY with hot chocolate. No coffee!
-The BBQ was in awful condition when we arrived. The grease trap was completely full, which is a very dangerous fire hazard.
-The towel rack in the front bedroom was barely hanging on the wall, also dangerous.
-There was a nasty rusted drain that dripped in the master bathroom non-stop. Looks like black mold, also dangerous.
-Nearly all of the silverware in the kitchen was dirty with food particles on them. We brought and used all disposable dishware and silverware as theirs did not look safe to eat off.
We left the unit in a cleaner condition than we found it in and somehow the host had the nerve to try to charge us for cleaning and damages. Complete fraud and scammer.

Great location, spactious, and comfortable
Although we love our boat, we found ourselves hanging out at the condo quite a bit enjoying the view of the bridge and channel. The place was well stocked and well labeled.
We had 2 families of 4, kids slept comfortably on the couches and the futon in the 2nd bedroom.
Other than not being able to find the blow up mattress and no ice maker - this place is fantastic and we will definitely come again. Thanks!

The washing machine is broken as is the ice dispenser in the kitchen. Lisa, the owner is friendly and very accommodating. However, this condo is best for single families with children.
