it was ok plus conenient
concierge had phone on "silent" allegedly, so took some time to track down to get door code
the taps in both bathrooms and kitchen were dripping and couldn't stop it, annoying, plus the toile in the main bathroom is leaking, must have massive water bills

Exceptional
Apartment very clean and fully equipped with kitchen facilities. Cozy and very homey. Will definitely come back and would recommend for couple with children as its spacious for kids. Location excellent as shops and Westfield paramatta around the corner walking distance.

Superb
I asked the height of the parking 4 months in advance it did not know till the day that my car would fit ok. Communication prior to the date needs to improve, just a simple message or call would have saved me hours.

We had an awesome time and it was lovely to catch up with family
How close the property was to Westfield parramatta eateries and commbank stadium
Getting the keys earlier Having somewhere to store our luggage Key lock would be a better idea

Not happy never recommend.

Cleanliness. Apartment was old but in picture look like new. Not provided any clean facilities. Dishes sponge is so dirty and used. We have cancelled other 2 nights stay. And booked new accommodation. Bathrooms not have a exhaust. Apartment is stink. Even cough is so dirty. West of money and west of time.

Superb
The location and off street parking make this a real winner.
We were asked for id on three occasions. Had to ask for our deposit to be returned a week after our departure. But overall the experience was very positive.
