This space is a prime option for ending your evenings relaxing in front of the beautifully done stone fireplace with TV mounted above for movie marathons. Take your choice in seating on the stylish red sofa sectional or one of the two rocking recliners. Directly behind the living room is the gourmet kitchen of your dreams. With expansive counter and cabinet space, stacked double wall ovens, and long kitchen island with countertop range. You’ll find bar seating and a secondary dining area where everyone can stay connected while preparing delicious meals or having that perfect morning cup of coffee. When its time to sit together and eat, there’s no better spot that the formal dining room. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund.
