We loved the huge room equipped with two king-size beds, a microwave and a mini-fridge. The bathroom was big and convenient also. We were on the second floor and heard no noise from the rooms on either side or below us.
The motel faces a busy street and we did get street noise and ambulances, etc., as you would expect in the middle of town. There was no room cleaning or towel replacement during the three nights we spent there. It didn't really bother us, but others might object.

Bathroom fan was very noisy and the toilet needs to be sealed or bolted down as it moves when you sit and the stand away. Also carpet is stringy and cut apart.

Liked that the sink was not in the same room as the toilet and shower. The beds were comfortable, though a bit low to the ground. The room was very spacious.
It could have used a paint job, especially the bathroom.

The beds are great, once I could jump up onto it. I easily charged my laptop in the changing area. The furniture is low and not exactly matched but I sat on the sofa a lot. The shower was nice, but the door squeaked frequently whenever it was closed.
I don't think they serve breakfast. The traffic is awful - one way streets that are confusing. The outside appearance was disappointing, though they are doing construction so that explains some things. My sister didn't like the pillows- she got a crick in her neck. The plugs by the desk are useless - plugs fall out. There was no little table to play games on.
