Remodeled and beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and ready for entertaining. Large elegant living room with wood burning fireplace. Large gourmet kitchen great for entertaining – fully stocked with cookware and Bertazonni oven, Miele dishwasher, French glass cabinets, Carrara counters. Elegant private fenced in backyard for dining, fountain, lighting, fire pit. Master bedroom with shower/bathroom downstairs. Upstairs has two bedrooms with a shared marble bathroom that has a large clawfoot tub with shower located between two rooms.. All 3 bedrooms have new queen mattresses and high quality linens. Central heating and air throughout. Hardwood floors throughout.

Sweet home in a sweet neighborhood. This place was perfect for our group of 6. Easy access to so many attractions including the Rose Parade! The home is super comfortable and has a well provisioned kitchen. Beautifully decorated (not generic IKEA) and stocked with interesting reading material. The back yard includes 2 cozy seating areas PLUS a putting green. The host is kind, generous, & responsive. We’ll be back.

This was the best VRBO stay I have experienced - plenty of spaces to relax with friends, great books and vinyl available to enjoy, a well-appointed kitchen, and an outstanding backyard with plenty of seating for chatting, dining together, reading and relaxing. All this AND A PUTTING GREEN! A truly lovely stay!

What a special place this is! My wife and I brought our 2 young children to Pasadena to show them where we met and fell in love. The house was outstanding. It had more than enough space for our family of 4. The kitchen was stocked with a wide variety of cooking equipment and utensils so we stocked the fridge and made our favorite meals. We loved all the natural light that filled the space and we made use of every nook and cranny - the office, the reading nook, patio, the deck off the master bedroom. Loved waking up in that room with the blinds drawn. So many trees that it felt like were in a forest. Safe and darling neighborhood. Surprisingly quiet considering that it’s half a block from a main drag. Easily accessible to downtown LA and old town Pasadena. We even walked to the South Pas gold line stop. Cozy and eclectic throughout. The furnishing and decor made us want to revamp our whole house! Cynthia was responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this gem of a home.

Our stay in South Pasadena was great, the house was beautiful: clean, spacious and well situated . With all the needs to entertain our family and have a couple of guests for dinner too! Cynthia was very attentive and responded to our needs quick and effectively. Thank you!

We loved staying at Cynthia's house and she was so kind and thoughtful. The house was very clean and comfortable. Cynthia was very respectful of our privacy and enjoyment of the home. We had a wonderful trip and would absolutely stay there again! Thank you for the delicious bottle of wine as well, and stocked kitchen.

My husband, adult daughter and I spent a week here. There is a separate office which allowed my daughter to work all week. Cynthia is the most amazing host. She responded quickly and efficiently to all of our questions and requests. The backyard is a true gem, and when it wasn't raining we spent all of our time outside. The house felt like a home for the three of us and we absolutely plan to stay there again.

We rented this place while our daughter was dealing with a major health crisis although I would stay here for any reason! This home is just that - a home. And Cynthia is the kindest and most thoughtful host I can imagine.

Architecturally significant neighborhood with mature trees and sidewalks to walk your dog. Walkability is 100% to restaurants and stores. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk. The outdoor space is well curated and set-up beautifully. Plenty of seating and nice spaces. Charming lights strung over the deck. The yard is fully fenced if you have a dog or kid. Living room with fireplace and many books with small office space with desk next to it. The Kitchen is large with professional appliances and is fully stocked. Separate dining room. Primary bedroom has it’s own bathroom with shower stall and is conveniently located on the ground floor near washer & dryer. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a large bathroom with shower/tub. The house was very clean. It’s very quiet at night and we felt safe and slept well. The host was professional, personable and accessible to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home in South Pasadena. Home was perfect. We had everything and more that we needed for our stay. The outdoor area was the perfect place to relax, enjoy spending time with friends, and a meal. The host was available if we needed her. Great location. Close to parks, dining and shopping. Looking forward to returning.

I stayed for several weeks at Cynthia's home to be close to my family. The location was ideal, close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen is well stocked and I cooked and enjoyed many meals here. The neighborhood is very safe and extremely walkable, with lovely parks nearby. Cynthia went out of her way to ensure that I was comfortable during my stay. She is always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend her home if you are looking to stay in South Paaadena.
