The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast very good with all I needed

The location was excellent for what we needed. My sister was getting married at the Trinity church (4 doors down) and her reception was across the road at the Storyteller.
The room was ok and did what we needed it for.
Self check-in and breakfast were as described and we received plenty of information to make our arrival so much easier.
I paid for 2 days in the parking zones, fine on the Friday, but couldn't locate one on Saturday at all. Ended up paying an extra £10 to stay in the car park opposite. The member of staff in the morning was helpful and assisted my husband, who is partially sighted, locate, set up and use the iron and ironing board - whilst I was performing Matron of Honour duties!
Wouldn't pay for zone parking again and breakfast was a little lacklustre. But, there are plenty of eateries close by to get a cooked breakfast.

Location is good for city centre
Did not like the fact we didn’t see any staff at all the time we were there it felt very impersonal its not for me a self serving b&b,

"Great communication with the Hosts, made for an easy check in. Also appreciate they brought in oat, soya milk and Vegan spread for breakfast once I told them I was a Vegan.
