The location was great! The room was very large updated and comfortable.
No elevators. The layout of the hallways stairs and rooms was disorienting.

The staff on reception were all nice.
The room was quiet at the back of the property.
Room generally clean.
Shower was hot and good pressure.
Bed fairly comfortable.
Curtains provided good black out.
It was good to get a carpark space at the rear of the property.
Pillows appeared to be puffy but you went very flat and you just sunk in. Just not comfortable for my husband or I.
Fan in bathroom was very noisy.
Cracked tiles and missing grout on bathroom floor, not hygienic.
Could have done with another spot light above the table where the kettle/coffee machine was. If you wanted to use the mirror to dry your hair or put makeup on it was too dark.
We didn't pay for breakfast with booking.com but decided to go down first day and pay as a walk in. Three other couples had their orders taken before us, even though we were there longer. I ordered a vegetarian breakfast and asked for gluten free. When it arrived it had no white pudding or sausage, frozen spinach which was cold inside and poached eggs that had been cooked previously and were barely warm. If I had been informed that the sausage and white pudding couldn't be substituted they should have at least offered me something else, not just left it off the plate. When I complained, I eventually got an avocado as a sort of apology although this came after I'd eaten what I was having off the plate. My husband didn't rate his either. No toast included. If you stay I would advise you find somewhere else for breakfast as you'll get much better value for money.
