Karen and Ken were wonderful hosts. Friendly, helpful and made us feel at home.
Rooms were thoughtfully prepared, very comfortable and perfectly clean. I especially appreciated having a generous amount of tea, coffee and milk.
Breakfast was all spot on too!

Comfortable room. Friendly, helpful hosts. Superb and excellent value breakfast.
Room and bathroom looking a little 'tired'. No lounge or public space to relax in with our friends. Location a long walk from the centre (although very convenient for the railway station).
