Nestled in Truckee, this lovely house for $646 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Incredible mountain view. This magnificent designed hill-top home has great view of the ski-slope in Tahoe Donner, and is within walking distance to the Tahoe Donner Downhill skiing (one of the best ski resorts in Tahoe for families with young children). This fully-equipped home has a bright open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and high-quality finishes. Spacious and flat driveway with plenty of parking and two car garages provide easy access. The Master Suite is on main level, spacious great room, two guest bedrooms and bathroom. Downstairs boasts a huge family room, large bedroom, full bath and an office currently used as the 5th bedroom. House comes turnkey including hot tub, pool table, poker / game table, flat screen TVs and fully equipped kitchen. Wood vaulted ceilings in the great room and vaulted ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms. Large, sunny upper deck and natural landscaped area accessible from lower level. Nearby amenities: Tahoe Donner community gym, pool, fitness center, golf, tennis courts, downhill skiing, cross-country skiings and much more! Guests can enjoy the recreational facilities at the Tahoe Donner Association with small fees. No pet, no party and no smoking. Beautiful location with breathtaking views. Running stream nearby was relaxing to hear. The club house pool and activities were good bu was $20 pp. Loved the downstairs poker and pool tables.the town of Truckee is charming and this property is close to Tahoe. Hiking was also beautiful! The house is beautiful, just like pics. But, one of the window panes over the kitchen sink was shattered, there's no bath mat for the primary bath, and the beds are very firm.
Location is great for riding Tahoe Donner ski area, but it's 15 min to get to Truckee.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Location is great for access to Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski area. The house was the perfect size for our group. We’d stay there again! Host was helpful and responsive to our questions.

We had a great stay in this spacious property. The house is clean and nicely decorated. The house has two levels with two living areas which is perfect for our family. The beds are super comfortable and I even asked the host about the mattresses they used! The hot tub is a great hit after a full day of skiing. A+++ property! Will definitely stay again.

The house was in a great location. It was definitely fun having a pool table, hot tub and two living spaces. It would have been nice to have it stocked better with toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies and a better stocked kitchen. We barbecued and there was no metal spatula. It was missing a lot of kitchen items to cook. But all I’m all a fun house to rent.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! Plenty of space for three married couples and our four grandchildren. Easy main floor access for our granddaughter who is in a wheelchair. Loved the view through the large windows.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. The house was as-advertised. You need to provide some beach/swim towels and/or more bath towels. The smoke alarms are way too sensitive. Not enough trash bags and silverware/flatware. Fantastic house and location we appreciate the rental the above is just constructive feedback.

Great House for a mixed family
Visited this house with 3 couples, and a mix of teens and young children. House was perfectly situated for our group. We enjoyed the spa and sledding directly outside the back door.
The kitchen and house was not as well stocked as most homes I've stayed in. Basics such as foil, sharp knives and soap in the bathrooms would've helped, but we made do. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great for group of families!
Host was very responsive to call and messages, got back to us very fast. Plenty of hot water and good pressure after contacting the host.
House was clean and organized, and had lots of kitchen items to use. Our kids had lots of fun around the house, and place was big enough for five families with toddlers.
The only thing we hope could be better was the stove flame, it was not very high and took a long time cook.

What a great little escape
Great location, beautiful home. such a great environment for our getaway with the extended family.
The house was spotless and in excellent shape. The whole house seemed almost new. There was plenty of hangout spaces and entertainment options in the house, and the separate space downstairs made it easy for us to spread out and get some quiet when we wanted.
The showers and baths were great. Plenty of hot water and good pressure.
The only thing that could be improved is the mattresses are the beds. Or rather, the mattresses. All of us woke up disappointed in the lumpy, uneven mattresses, and really wished they were in line with the rest of the house.
All-in-all, this is a great house, and we’d be happy to go back.

Wonderful Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Truckee! The location is great, just a few minutes from downtown but feels removed enough to provide a relaxing retreat. Our kids ages 13-15 loved the downstairs game area, it was great having two hang-out spaces, as well as the deck with a beautiful view and hot tub downstairs. We were two families but there would have been plenty of space for one more. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable, the kitchen is great, we had everything we needed for our stay. The communication with Monica was wonderful, she was prompt with her replies and very helpful. We enjoyed a day on Donner Lake and also went tubing down the Truckee River. We stayed for 4 nights but wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for the fantastic trip!
