Nestled in Steamboat Springs, this attractive condo for $200 per night is a great option for your next break. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo is perfect for enjoying all seasons in Steamboat. Located in The West Condos, the location is absolutely perfect for adult groups or families with children. You can walk to the base of the ski mountain in a few minutes, its closer than the knoll ski parking lot at the base of the mountain. Sit on your couch at night and watch the Fireworks at the base of Steamboat on the weekends or go grab food and drinks at the base of the mountain just a short walk away. The transit center at the base of the mountain is also about a 2 min walk which you can ride the free city buses downtown, to the grocery store, etc. The location is super convenient and very close to the base and lifts. The Condo is newly furnished and updated. There is a King Bed in one of the bedrooms, the second bedroom has a Queen Bed and there is a Queen Sofa Sleeper with a memory foam mattress additional 2" mattress pad for added comfort. THIER ARE STAIRS IN THE UNIT: The Bedrooms are on the upper level and the Kitchen and Living Room are on the lower level, so there are stairs in the unit. Both bedrooms have their own flat screen TV. The kitchen and living room area is an open floor plan with a eat in bar top as well as a kitchen table that seats 6. The living room has a new Samsung 55" TV and sound bar for you to enjoy, sit down and relax after a long day of activities. The Condo has wireless internet and cable TV as well. There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit. There is a outdoor heated pool and 2 hot tubs just steps from your door. The unit has 2 parking passes for guests as well that is outdoor, so no height restrictions your vehicles. My wife and I have other rentals in Steamboat and live in town. We take a lot of pride in our rental units and take the extra time and care to make sure everything in the unit is right and your stay is amazing.

This is a short walk to the bus downtown & the base / gondolas. Property was clean, beds comfy, plenty of towels (including hot tub) & basics (like shampoo l, laundry soap etc), the ski storage was convenient, close to pool / hot tub, washer and drier a must when skiing, great views of mountain & night skiing. Owners are responsive & easy to work with. Recommend for skiing trip for 3 people!!! (Could sleep more). Nothing glamorous but nicely done!!!

Great location, clean condo, responsive owner to questions. Got stuck an extra night and owner gave me discounted rate on the extra night needed. We would stay here again and I’d recommend this condo for others.

The condo was great! All beds and furnishings were very comfortable. It was well stocked with everything you’ll need. The location is terrific. Just drop down the path to the gondola area and the bus line to get you anywhere you need to go around town. A short walk or bus ride to the grocery store. Walking paths everywhere. Just awesome!

The condo was overall nice, well-decorated and in a good location. Communication before our stay was helpful and gave us the necessary details. Unfortunately, there was no hot water our first night or the following morning, so we all suffered through rather brief and uncomfortable cold showers. While the property owner tried to appease us by promising that he would refund us for the first night, we haven't heard anything in the week since our stay, and we haven't received any type of refund.

Too many stairs to climb and no bathroom on the ground floor. We were all seniors. I wish their had been pictures of both floors to be able to see the lay out of the condo. The only picture I saw on line was of the kitchen. It was clean and Aaron was nice and helpful but we will probably go back to Trailhead Lodge next year. It would be good for Vrbo to recommend condos for seniors, catering to their needs.

Awesome location within walking distance to the gondola base/ transit center ( with ski gear)… facilities are adequate… bathrooms have been updated but the complex and layout overall is a little dated… nice hot tub and pool for post ski soak/ relax…overall a functional property for summer/ winter mountain activities with a responsive and attentive host

This was our second time staying at this location and we had another great trip. Location is great for being close to food and the gondola. Space is perfect for our little family and it has everything you need to make all your meals at home. Aaron was super responsive and a great host. I would totally rent this property again. Thanks for another great week in the Boat!

We loved our stay in this condo - it sits right across the street from the base of Steamboat resort with beautiful views of the slopes. We could walk to the gondolas in less than 5 minutes. The condo was clean, well appointed, and comfortable (especially the beds!). The owners were responsive and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this condo for a great ski get away!

This rental is everything you want and need when skiing in Steamboat. The location is ideal with a very easy walk that is well maintained to the Ski Village. The owner is very responsive to questions and requests. The condo is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need for meal prep and serving a meal. Beds are comfortable with extra blankets, pillows and portable fans. Don’t hesitate to book this rental for your next trip to Steamboat.

Location, location, location! If location is important to you and you are not interested in riding a crowded bus with all your ski gear, stay here. We walked to the ski lifts. If you want to go grocery shopping or out to eat/shopping in town, the buses are less than 100 yards away and come every 15-20 minutes. My son and his girlfriend went back to the condo for lunch because it is that convenient. Condo was clean and well stocked with the basics. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were a nice convenience. Decor and fire place were very nice. The view of the mountain from the condo was spectacular. My college age children used the hot tub and enjoyed it. This condo would be good for tweens and teens also because they can come and go easily without much thought or concern; the area is safe. I don’t know what else I can rave about except the hosts who were very very responsive and accommodating. Texts were returned promptly. We asked if a Christmas tree could be provided since we were skiing over Christmas, and they happily set one up with lights and ornaments! Exceptional location, hosts and condo. Can’t go wrong staying here.

The condo had all the amenities we needed. It’s a smaller complex, so not overwhelming. All you need to do is cross the street and you are at the center of the ski resort village. Do you even have a view of the mountain from the master bedroom. Aaron was wonderful to work with. I would definitely go back during ski season.

This is a wonderful property, situated in super-convenient location extremely close to the mountain. We were in town for a wedding on top of the mountain and wanted a property close to the gondola. Aaron's condo is literally just steps away, but is also part of a development that almost has its own "neighborhood feel" to it, while providing easy access to shops, restaurants and the ski hill. Aaron was an excellent host and highly communicative -- thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to stay in your property! We hope to be back in the future!

The property was at a great location. Walking distance to transportation and mountain. House was clean and very well equipped. Owners were readily available for any problems. We only had issues on how to operate tv, but that was user error 🤣🤣. Would highly recommend this house for skiing or summer!!!!
