Birding trails, biking, boating and so much more all nearby.

Our furnace needed service. Maintenance manager did an excellent job coordinating and communicating with us as he arranged for a technician to replace the control board

Trout Creek is always a favorite place to stay for skiing up north. The condo didn’t disappoint! Great view of Highlands lite up. Very clean and comfortable. We’ll be back! Thank you!!

Positive: Kitchen had all the essentials. Kids enjoyed the pool. Nice hot tub and dry sauna. Close to Nubs and Highlands. Friendly staff. Our fob and Internet didn't work at first and they were very quick to fix it.
Needs improvement: the smoke smell from the fireplace in upstairs unit strongly presented to downstairs unit. Furnace didn't have enough make up air if bathroom and bedroom doors closed (draft down fire place needs reversing by cracking a window and turning on the fireplace). Need plungers in bathrooms.
