Summary: Welcome to a BRAND NEW LUXURY Condo in front of Hollywood Beach a few minutes drive to Aventura Mall and Sunny Isles Beach. With a stunning view, this three-bedrooms bay and ocean view unit features a full kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms , balcony, washer & dryer. Amenities include two infinity-edge ocean & bay view pools, sundeck, private cabanas, fitness center, tennis court, hot tub and beach service. Resort fee will be charged at the check-in time at the property and it is not included. The Space: South Florida’s newest LUXURY high-rise-resort overlooking the shimmering Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for family and friends getaway, our well-appointed 3 bedrooms mix natural wood and stone with organic textures and state-of-the-art technology. ●1st room : 1 king bed ●2nd room : 2 double beds ●3rd room : 2 single beds ●Living room: 1 full pullout sofa-bed ●Bathrooms: 2.5 Highlights include fully equipped kitchens large corner balcony to enjoy a panoramic view of the bay and the ocean at its finest. This unit is located on the 7th floor and faces SW where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset and have plenty of sunlight during the day. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, glass stove, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, integrated microwave, stove, dishes, coffee maker, hairdryer, electronic safe within the suite, iron/ironing board, in-suite washer/dryer and TVs in each room. This stylish retreat is designed for sophisticated travelers seeking an immersive five-stars experience that mirrors the energy and vibrancy of the resort. Guest Access: ● Resort Fee PER UNIT PER DAY: (Mandatory) ● Length of Stay: 1 - 6 days: $35 resort fee daily ● Length of Stay: 7 -29 days: $22.5 resort fee daily ● Length of Stay: +30 days: $15 resort fee daily (Residents will be provided a wristband to access the pool and beach. The pool attendants will provide guests with towels. To West, you can visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino and is the perfect location to be on the beach if you are attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium. To the South, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall or if you feel like going on an adventurous nightlife, you can head to South Beach to party all night. To the North, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. We are minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport. For groceries, you will find a 24 hours Walmart right next door, a Publix Supermarket two minutes drive and you are very welcome to use Instacart for the groceries to be deliver right to your door. Getting Around: ● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL): There are 7.72 miles from the FLL to Hallandale beach. ● From Miami International Airport (MIA): Hallandale Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA. In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport. Other Things to Note: Valet Parking is not included in the reservation. Pack’n Play crib FREE available under request. Stay Sol is the exclusive operator of this property. Interaction with Guests: WE ARE SUPERHOST! We will do our best to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. When you pay higher than going rates you expect above average experience. Unfortunately we didn't even experience an average time. We were not able to check in at 4pm as promised and had to wait until 5:30pm however still had to check out at 11am to avoid charges. The condo did not have basic items like pot holder/dish towels (which i discoved when pulling cookies out of the oven), no wine opener and only a small 4 cup coffee pot for a condo that sleeps 8. The TV did not work in living room and was not repaired until late the evening of check in and dishwasher did not work until our 5th day we were there. The keys to gym/basketball would not work and had to go to front desk and wait in line over 5 times until resolved which was 2.5 hours of wasted and frustrated time. We paid resort fee for 7 and when you go to beach the max towels we were allowed was 4. There were several things that compounded over our 5 night stay which will ensure we will not be back and wish a previous review was written to warn me.
