About this house rental
Located in Lancaster, this charming house for $293 per night is a great option for your next trip. Cityside Boasts 3 stories of a newly renovated 1900 home. Each King Bedroom has its own full bath and the most comfortable beds we could find. Each story also has 11 foot ceilings. We were able to preserve a lot of the character, down to a 2nd staircase that would've been used by servants. the kitchen was very thought out and we furnished it with everything we thought you would use for a quick breakfast or a fancy French Christmas dinner. for you coffee enthusiast, there is complimentary coffee that we roast in house for your drinking pleasure.

If you like row housing, then this is the place for you. Every where we went it was about 30-60 min. drive. My recommendation is to check your location with where you want to sight-see, which is not against the owners. Just a word of caution.
This VRBO does not have a downstairs bathroom. All 3 sets of stairways were steep. Two sets did not have handrails. The main stairway had one handrail, but was steep. We had to really clean the table and chairs outside before we could sit in them. It would have been nice to have a couple chairs on the front porch to sit on, as other housing had in the row.
If you need a downstairs bathroom and/or bedroom, then this is not the place for you. Downstairs floor plan is living room, dining room and kitchen. Second floor plan is two bedrooms/bathrooms and laundry. Third floor is a bedroom and bathroom.

Great home away from home!
Both the property and Loretta were lovely! We had everything we needed and the location was perfect-- both close to downtown Lancaster restaurants/attractions and a Target & Whole Foods for necessities. On top of a beautiful home (I mean, truly every detail was thought of), Loretta was SO responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again with my family!

I’ve rented through VRBO for years and this is by far the most beautiful and CLEAN home I’ve stayed in. Parking was a bit frustrating, but we survived it! Would absolutely recommend.

And the king sized bed was super comfortable…just absolutely stunning rooms! Loved the decor very much and the natural brick walls inside with the wood floors. It was really more than expected! The house is awesome. It is so welcoming. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay awesome. The third floor soaking tub was amazing. One small issue with the air conditioner but it was repaired almost instantly. Walking distance to the Lancaster Central Market and some great restaurants.

Cityside N Prince
The property was very nice and well kept. The king beds in each of the bedrooms were EXCELLENT. I was a bit concerned with the on street parking and parked in the garage for a few of the nights. Location had easy access to highways and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Cute little backyard. This house is all within walking distance of some awesome restaurants and bars. Shopping centers are a close drive.
The only thing that put a damper on our stay were the neighbors connected to us, they got into a screaming match 4 times during our stay we could hear everything through the wall. They even got into into physical fight outside twice, The cops showed up 2 times. I do know that this is not vrbo's fault at all, we can not help our crazy neighbors lol
Overall, I would recommend this house to everyone!

Host Loretta was very responsive. The row house was spotless and had a well stocked kitchen. Location just a short walk to all the shops on Queen and the Central Market. Lovely bedrooms with King beds and private baths.
