Historic windows let in soft light, ceiling fans keep the air moving, and a 55" HDTV with Roku is on hand when you want to wind down. A dedicated workspace - in a private room with a door - means those who need to stay productive have their own corner. Central air conditioning and central heating keep things comfortable year-round.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests, each dressed with plush bed linens and room-darkening shades for restful nights. Clothing storage includes walk-in closet, closet, and dresser options. A safe, iron, and hangers round out the practical touches. Families traveling with little ones can request a Pack 'n Play and folding high chair, and babysitter recommendations are available upon request.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking. You'll find a Frigidaire refrigerator, Whirlpool electric stove, Whirlpool single oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, and cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. Gather at the dining table inside or take your meal to the outdoor dining area when the weather invites it.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and fresh towels. Both include a bathtub, and hot water is always on tap.

Outdoor living
The backyard is a genuine retreat. A private heated pool - open all year, 24 hours, and stocked with pool toys - sits within a fully fenced yard surrounded by lush greenery and a lemon tree. Outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining area make it easy to spend an entire evening outside without leaving the property. Out front, the porch with rocking chairs is made for slow mornings and people-watching.

Practical extras
In-unit washer and dryer, free parking on premises, and free street parking cover the essentials. The property is single-level with no stairs. A smart lock enables self check-in, and cleaning services are available during your stay. Home safety features include exterior Ring security cameras by the front door, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
