★ Spacious, spotless, and so easy to settle into, felt like home.
Step outside the ordinary and into one of Uptown New Orleans' most storied neighborhoods. This Creole-style home carries the soul of the city - high ceilings, rich character, and that particular ease that makes New Orleans feel like it belongs to you. Whether you're here for the music, the food, or simply to slow down, this is the kind of place that makes it all feel effortless.
Living space
The main living area is warm and welcoming, filled with natural light that plays off the home's historic details. Ceiling fans hum overhead, central air conditioning keeps things comfortable through the city's humid autumn days, and a Smart TV is ready for quiet evenings in. A dedicated workspace in the common area means remote workers can stay productive without giving up atmosphere.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests, each dressed with soft bed linens, hangers, and room-darkening shades that make mornings entirely optional. Clothing storage is well covered across a walk-in closet, additional closet, and dresser - plenty of room to unpack and settle in.
Kitchen & dining
The chef's kitchen is the real heart of this home. Fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave, it has everything you need to cook with confidence. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a toaster, a baking sheet, and a drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee are all included. Pull up to the dining table for a proper sit-down meal, or take it outside to the patio for an al fresco option.
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms are stocked with the essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. The standout is the classic clawfoot tub, ideal for a long soak after a day on your feet. An updated walk-in shower rounds out the space, and a hair dryer and iron are also available.
Outdoor living
The fully fenced private backyard is a genuine bonus in a city neighborhood - a quiet retreat where children can play safely or adults can decompress with a drink. Comfortable outdoor furniture makes the patio an easy spot for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. Free street parking is available, and the single-level layout means no stairs throughout the home.
Convenience & safety
Fast WiFi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace keep you connected. In-unit washer and dryer handle laundry without any trips to a laundromat. Traveling with little ones? A Pack 'n Play with sheets and a folding high chair are available upon request, and babysitter recommendations can be provided. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. A safe and smart lock with self check-in complete the setup.
The neighborhood
Four blocks from Magazine Street puts you within easy reach of independent cafés, boutique shops, bars, and local restaurants. The streetcar connects you to the French Quarter, Audubon Park, and the Superdome without the hassle of driving - ideal whether you're here for festival season, Mardi Gras, or a relaxed Uptown escape. A private entrance means you come and go entirely on your own terms.
Please note: No parties, no unregistered guests, and no smoking. Any attempt to host a party of any kind will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
