On the West side of the island, about 1.6 miles from the island center, the 123 Via Soundside has a wonderful location. The sunsets you will see from the back deck are picture perfect. It is short walking distance from the Isles Restaurant. The 123 VS guests have privileges at Isles Beach Club that is a 10 minute walk (but also has parking) from the house and features a large ocean front pool (see pictures). There is a closer beach access area which is about a 5 minute walk. This home is large at over 3700 square feet, expansive decking on all three levels overlooking the inlet, and ample parking. The reverse floor plan is open in the kitchen, dining, and living area. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances including an ice maker.
