What’s Nearby: This condo sits one street off of the main parkway in Pigeon Forge, and is within walking distance to a myriad of attractions including Dolly Parton’s Stampede and TopJump Trampoline & Extreme Arena. Dollywood is just over 3 miles away! The Great Smoky Mountains National Park's hiking and fun outdoor activities are just under nine miles from the condo. Ober Gatlinburg's ski slopes are just ten-and-a-half miles away. Things to know: Free WiFi and cable Full kitchen Elevator in building Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. The shared outdoor pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The gas fireplace is set off from April through October. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great location good value comforts of home

The building itself is a little dated but the condo was very nice. We had an issue with the tv's and they sent someone to work on them right away. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room and the layout is great. There really isn't a good view from the balcony and what little there is will soon be gone due to construction. But that's not their fault. My only suggestion would be to put a comfortable set of chairs on the balcony. The parlor set is cute but not great for setting and enjoying morning coffee.

The only two positives to this place was it was pretty clean and the location was good. The carpet was stained, the beds were very uncomfortable, the furniture was uncomfortable, the tvs would not work, the shower was so short had to lean down. I could go on. Emailed the agency about tvs and got no response. We left a goose down pillow, and were charged the fee for returning. Then I was never contacted as to whether they located it or not. So it was a very disappointing uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend.

Location is great for walking in town. Beds were not comfortable. Bedding has holes in it and second bed the headboard was messed up.

Had no water pressure in the shower in the master room. No hair dryer..internet was terrible..but was very clean..

You are right in the center of it all! Walking distance to everything from restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores! Very quiet location also

No tv service, for the price I think there should be available cable or dish tv included. Horrible Wi-Fi - same as tv needs to upgrade Wi-Fi for the price- dirty carpets and dishes in the cabinets. Tub in master bedroom cracked in the corner. Whole condo needs updated. Only saving grace it was convenient to the parkway.

Location is great. TV was replaced in the living room for us. It worked great on the table but above the fireplace where it is mount is an internet dead zone. Internet is sketchy at best, if I'm paying a good amount to stay there and we were, the place should have a private internet connection and all the TVs working. Overall pretty good, I called, and response was quick and above board. Store right behind the condo. Close to what you want and easy to find. New mattresses wouldnt hurt, all the amenities are there.

We loved the location and the amenities in the condo. There was plenty of space for my small family. However, the place had clearly not been cleaned when we arrived and that was not a great way to start my boys spring break vacay.

The condo was nice, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable and minutes from the shows and restaurant was great even with the traffic . It was quiet and peaceful the stream in the back was nice.

The condo was clean and nice but unfortunately the water heater was leaking and didn’t get fixed during our stay. The water pressure was terrible and the guest bathroom water faucet in the shower was not working properly it would not shut off and you either had very hot water or cold also wasn’t fixing during our stay.

Lot nicer than it looks from the outside. Two bedroom, two full bathrooms, and small kitchen. Very little water pressure, pull out couch was uncomfortable, and 2 inch Crack under the front door. Other than that, the balcony overlooking the creek and honking geese.

The condo was dirty. The is mold in the master bedroom which affected my wife's asthma along with water stains in the ceiling in the master bathroom. Cob webs were hanging from the outside of the master bedroom window as well as the building. There were food stains behind the garbage can and along side of the refrigerator. The TV constantly buffeted and internet service was poor. The location was ideal and the living room area was nice. There was constant communication from the property that was nice and the outside and parking lot were well lit and clean.

Booked this condo for a last-minute vacation. It was literally the last condo available on VRBO. I normally would not give this place a 2nd look, but needed the vacation so we stayed here. Communication with rental company was great. Check-in was super easy. The condo was very clean.I listened to the reviews and packed a mattress topper. That saved the week. The master bed was hard as a rock. Luckily, I packed my own sheets. The sheets and towels were old and didn’t appear clean, but did smell clean. The 2nd bedroom bed was also quite hard. The master bedroom sink was broken and IMMEDIATELY addressed by maintenance. The kitchen was very well equipped and had all the necessities. The patio was very nice, but could use some comfier chairs.The pipes are old in this place. If two people flushed the toilets the pipes made a loud noise. Overall, the property was just okay. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it was okay for the week. I think a couple of new mattresses, comforters, and towels would make it a lot nicer.

It’s okay...
Booked this condo for a last-minute vacation. It was literally the last condo available on VRBO. I normally would not give this place a 2nd look, but needed the vacation so we stayed here.
Communication with rental company was great. Check-in was super easy. The condo was very clean.
I listened to the reviews and packed a mattress topper. That saved the week. The master bed was hard as a rock. Luckily, I packed my own sheets. The sheets and towels were old and didn’t appear clean, but did smell clean. The 2nd bedroom bed was also quite hard.
The master bedroom sink was broken and IMMEDIATELY addressed by maintenance. The kitchen was very well equipped and had all the necessities. The patio was very nice, but could use some comfier chairs.
The pipes are old in this place. If two people flushed the toilets the pipes made a loud noise.
Overall, the property was just okay. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it was okay for the week. I think a couple of new mattresses, comforters, and towels would make it a lot nicer.

This was an excellent location especially with the kids. I just have 2 negatives on this condo and that is the TV in living room would not work. The beds were very uncomfortable. But I would definitely stay there again.
