Holiday Inn was a very nice place to stay at with family.

The breakfast was really good and the pool was nice sized.

The pool was a bit unclean, which is understandable.

The hotel is clean, updated, and very comfortable with the friendliest staff and great amenities for families.

Very clean and updated. There was a nice pool and work out area. The lobby was large and had lots of options for seating. There was a nice selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic for purchase. The workers were extremely helpful and very friendly.

I will first say I was traveling with my child and this was Not really the hotels fault but we Couldn’t believe the Absolutely rude/loud hotel guests on the 4th floor we were staying on. Slamming doors and allowing young kids to run around like a playground while the parents did nothing. So much for a good rest.

Deanna the supervisor has no customer service experience which made my stay a bad experience.

I was not satified with my stay at all. The staff attitude was horrible. Most of the issues came from the Supervisor Deanna. My bed was not clean. There were stains on the sheets and blankets. When I pointed out the stains and issues to my room, Deanna stated that all stains does not come out of clothes when you wash, don't you experience that at home. That is very unprofessional to tell a paying customer something like that. When the sheets were peeled back even more stains were on the other sheets. I had to be moved to another room, which was not suggested by the supervisor. I had to ask her how she would resolve the issue, whether it was to change the linen or switch rooms. Once I switched rooms, the staff entered my room without permission while I was out of the room. I didn't have a rolling chair in my room, but when I came back it was in there. Not sure if my belongings were tampered with or not. Deanna even goes as far as saying she don't have 1 extra garage bag for trash when I called the front desk, however when I asked another staff member it was given to me at the front desk. Upon checking out a staff member was trying to type my complain, Deanna stopped him and stated that she would handle it, only to write it on paper. Which can be thrown away. She refused tp give me the owners information. She stated that she would call the owner herself. Not sure if that even happen, because most of the complains were about her customer service and demeanor.

Stay was good, just disappointed in being mislead by advertising.

Breakfast was good, and the cooking staff.

I was disappointed in the misleading verbiage of the purchasing of rooms. when we purchased our room we were under the impression that we were getting a suite that had two conjoining rooms to accommodate 5 people. 3 being men and 2 women. The paper said 2 bedroom suite, but when we got there it was 1 room with 2 beds and a couch and they called that a suite. If we were aware of this fact we would have never purchased the room and looked elsewhere. we ended up having to pay an extra 800 dollars that night for another room so we could have a separate room for the 2 women in our group. that was very disappointing and stressful for everyone especially because some went on a budget.

The room and bathroom were so clean they looked brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooms have all necessities including spotless microwave, Keurig, and mid- size fridge. Spacious and cozy decor!

Clean, quiet place. Management very nice and helpful.

Omelets and meat were very tasty. Location of the hotel quiet.

Wish there were some bacon, and fruits like watermelon or strawberries available.

Good location; very friendly/ helpful staff; bit worn-out hotel, can use some updates;

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Had an issue (see review below) with the first room I went into and reported immediately to reception. He went with me to check and offered the next room, which was relatively smelling and looking freshly cleaned. Also helped me sort out the wrong name in my IHG membership registered by the receptionist at another IHG hotel where I stayed days before.

First thing I noticed when I came in the room was the unpleasant smell of a room not cleaned/ well-ventilated/ bedsheets not changed. Bed looked like it was made but appeared/ smelled to be unchanged (not fresh). Carpeted floor in front of the elevator has a strange bumpy area which gives one the feeling of tripping over while stepping into the elevator. Limited/ less generous breakfast selection compared to previous IHG hotel I have stayed in. Menu did not change for 2 days, might be worthwhile to change regularly for those staying longer than 2 days :) Old carpet & ventilation system need an update.

Great for a family stay

The pool was great for the kids with a great breakfast selection! The hotel was clean and had comfy and clean beds.

The pull out couch didn’t provide sheets or a comforter with it and the staff “couldn’t find” sheets for it. The pool was also very cold

not great

maintenance walked into my room and used a key without my permission. As a women a man walking into my room while asleep was a very scary experience, especially because I was not clothed. All the hotel did was give the man a talk and gave me 500 reward points when my safety was at risk.

website isn’t updated, only allow pets less than 25lbs, staff was rude & could not accommodate. please update your website so no more young female solo travelers get abandoned in a new city.

Overall my stay was fair but if I travel back to the area I would look for other accomodations.

The breakfast was good. My wife had no complaints. The front desk rep on the 2nd day was amazing! She was very friendly and personably, not with only me and my wife but also our 4 yr old. She even threw some jokes in when we came back with coffee and didn't bring her any! We liked her a lot! The bed and blankets were very comfortable and I got a good night's rest.

There were multiple stains on the floor and what appeared to be a "love" stain on the couch cushion. I tried to call the front desk multiple times to let them know (so I wouldn't be held responsible) and no one answered. I could have went down to the front desk but the guy that checked us in wasn't friendly and I was very tired from the long drive.
