Comfy, clean, staff super helpful when we asked for a room change due to being placed in a disabled room
Not getting the right room in check in but all was sorted, long way from anything but my mistake on booking it.

rooms were spacious and clean
TV channels didn't work and staff didn't sync the room/name information needed for wifi login until the day after checkin. Staff was informed of both problems but they didn't resolve either.
