It was good could do a little more varty on the eggs like offer omelets fried eggs etc Also serve decaf coffee
need better pillows they were all dead very flat no support to head or neck also computer chair that works need a bigger pool. just upgrade the pillows

The location is ideal. My first time in Chicago. I like the serenity, and the fact that you provided moder tea/coffee making machine. The staff were very helpful. When my laptop had a bit of hitch, the morning receptionist assisted me. On the night that I arrived from London, the receptionist was very attentive and helped with my luggage,
For over £150 per night hotel, I expect at least proper breakfast and complementary bottles of water. I have travelled all over the world, this is the worst experience I had. Even the breakfast costing around $17 is limited in choices. I think you can do better.
