THe whole stay was easy from start to finish, there was a problem with an electrical item whilst there and it was sorted within 15 minutes of the phone call to report it.

The location and quietness of the property. The property had all the facilities needed.
The property is really unkept. Some furniture is broken or tired, the dog flap was broken so not secure and let cold air through.
One of the toilets was unstable and the general cleanliness was not what I am used to (for example a corona bottle filled with cigarettes buts was still at the back door!).
We didn’t really use the outside area as other reviewers have stated the bushes being overgrown restrict the view!
