Great location, comfortable place, carpets and sofa coverings could be cleaner, sofa coverings smelled and needed a bit of a wash. Lovely airy and bright place with great decor.

Lavender House is a lovely house in a great location in Edwinstowe. The accommodation was clean and had everything that we needed for our short stay. It was great to have a dedicated parking space and an outdoor area to sit in the evening. We were really happy that we booked Lavender House.

Location was great, close to Sherwood Forest visitor centre, nice little village with lots of eating options and local shops for self catering. Rooms were as expected and good for a family. Plenty of storage and kitchen equipment, nice little garden space to sit at the end of a busy day!
Bed was a bit uncomfortable but ok. There are some small maintenance issues that should be looked at (dishwasher wasn't working, hot tap in downstairs bathroom didn't seem to work, cracked mirror and stained carpet, needed a washing up bowl) but nothing major that stopped us enjoying our break, just would have made it better!
