Very clean property with everything you need available for you while you stay there and very easy check in and check out procedures. Reasonable distance away from city centre as well
No complaints, enough signs around apartment and building to help try control things out of their control like noise from all guests

Big rooms.
Noisy street, construction ongoing. The city center is far away and there is no parking around there and no AC.

Very clean rooms and a beatiful building. Excellent location in a quiet area of Prague close to a major public transport point. I'd go back but only when the renovations are complete
The noise. They have a quiet rule from 10pm to 8am. Unfortunately they are renovating at the moment so it'll be noisy during the day which cannot be helped of course however the working guys don't adhere to the quiet rules starting around 7am on one occasion. If you ask for a room facing the street this should not be an issue as the back courtyard is being used for their building supply/work area. If there is an apartment above you you'll hear the residents walking around which can be an issue if they're moving around late at night. I cannot comment on the staff as I never seen any during my 4 day stay. All interactions were done by telephone. Could be a problem if someone decides to have a party.
