Beautifully designed and clean room, great location, quick and efficient customer support. Love the fact that you can connect your phone to the TV super easily to stream content. Great coffee in the room.
Breakfast was quite underwhelming with just 1 vegan option, definitely would not book it again. Although overall location is great, there are some seedy bars neighbouring the hotel entrance, so coming to the hotel late in the evening as a solo female traveller was a bit stressful.

Very good location, right next to Westbanhof, and Mariahilfestrasse, it is a good place when you are comfortable with technology! using the app made it much easier to access elevators, room, etc...
It is more like a hotel room than a small studio, I didn't feel comfortable cooking there for example... And also, the vent in the bathroom was kind of noisy for long periods, then stopped by itself. For light sleepers, it could be an issue.

Update: Numa team took my critical review seriously and promised to make some changes. Happy to see that negative feedback can help to improve things for future travellers (including us?).
Heating - we arrived on very cold day, outside temperature 10 C during the day and even lower after sunset. The heating was not working because it's controlled centrally and enabled only on "cold months". The operator recommended to use bathroom electric heating and let it heat up the whole room.
Breakfast - for 17EUR per person, you get served breakfast, in the standard menu, there is 1 drink (coffee/juice/tee) 1 slice of bread, 1 egg, 2 slices of ham, cheese, butter, jam and half of cherry-tomato. OK, I don't like wasting either so I would understand they bring bare minimum. But if you ask for more bread or more drink, you have to pay it extra. Seriously? One slice of bread? No vegetable. In a bakery across the street, you could have a breakfast like a king for 17 EUR.
When I learnt that, I wanted to cancel the breakfast but I was told it is part of my rate and it cannot be canceled.
In the room, there is "Complimentary water". But it's free only if you spend 20 EUR for another beverages (probably in restaurant downstairs).
There is a very basic kitchenette. But there's nothing to wash the dishes with. You end up washing it in bathroom with soap. Moreover, there's warning not to produce any smoke. Once smoke alarm gets activated, you are obliged to pay penalty 2500 EUR. Not knowing how sensitive the alarm is, It would be highly risky to cook there something else than tea or coffee.
Street is noisy all the time, forget about opened windows, rely on AC if too hot.
