Nach einem tollen Opernabend konnten wir den Abend/Nacht im Hotel genussvoll abrunden.

Das Frühstück hat alle Wünsche erfüllt, wurde auch permanent nachgefüllt. Die Bar sehr gut bestückt, Preis okay.

Sitzgelegenheit im Freien könnte etwas Wind geschützter sein.

Excellent condition hotel in a good location.

A very nice hotel, in excellent condition and decorated to a high standard.

You can walk into town, but it is better if you use public transport, as it is a little far to walk to most locations and back again. I recommend buying a multi-day pass for the public transport, as this makes it much easier to get around.

Great location, comfortable hotel, good quslity beds, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff

The walkin shower was nice, but the smaller screen and design made water leak onto the floor a bit. Because the bathroom was somewhat compact standing at the sink or sitting on the toilet gave us wet feet after the shower had been used.

Disappointing

The parking was 17 EUR/day. The girl from the reception couldn’t tell me if their parking had a charger for e-cars. Walls of the room are thin: I could hear my neighbour snorring. Housekeeping forgot to give us towels. The cocktail from the bar was horrendous. Hotel is far away from the center.

great hotel with not great receptionist

the property has a great location, nice style and provides you with the comfort you expect

the arrival experience. my rating 7 goes only to the unpolite, board and absolutely not welcoming non helpful experience we had when checking in. the hotel could be an easy 10 - you get what you pay for in a great location, on comfy beds and in clean rooms. however i would probably not go back as i do not like to arrive in hotels where my first experience is - i wanna go elsewhere instead.

As soon as we entered the room we found that the toilet was dirty! When we addressed the reception, they were rude and yes they changed our room but gave us a smaller one! The only good thing was the convenient location as it was next to the metro station.

location is brilliant and rooms are very practical.

Bathroom didn’t have any windows or exhaustion, also a kettle would have been nice to have in the room especially in Vienna cold winter.

Comfortable stay, great rooms

The location was pretty good right next to the Westbahnhof so in terms of public transport you're not going to have any problems as the metro and tram stations are right next to the hotel. The rooms were also excellent - spacious, clean and well-equipped and this made for a very comfortable stay.

The rooms don't come with a kettle or mini fridge though this not a huge problem at all, just something to take note.

Run from Motel One!

Breakfast with many options and location next to the central station.

Escape from Motel one. All is well until you need their service. In addition to a very average cleaning, I stayed 5 nights, without air conditioning in the summer. That is, I chose a more expensive hotel to have a room with air conditioning, and I didn't have one. Each staff member provided me with different information, and the hotel was unwilling to give a discount to compensate for the service they promised on the reservation!!!! They offered the breakfast I had already bought and told me there was nothing to do. There are a lot of options near that hotel, my advise is: choose another brand!
