The room was excellent, clean and comfortable with plenty space.
The paid parking was a little more then originally expected and a little walk away from the hotel.

The room
The rooftop lounge area was uncomfortable. The chairs need cushions. Hard after a long day of travelling.

Excellent breakfast and good sized room
The process of reception was very poor. We never felt welcomed even after 4 days. Also, the common areas, especially the corridors were always in need of cleaning. We had paid for a 'Wow' room but were given keys to a very non-wow single room. Thankfully (and we appreciate this) after going back to Reception to complain we were upgraded to a balcony room
