Modern, comfortable hotel with very hospitable staff. Excellent location with the subway right across the street (one stop to Schönbrunn Palace, five to the Opera House). The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfy. Great service overall - they kindly accommodated an early check-in and securely stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out.
The only minor thing to note is that the room key card, which also operates the elevator, had a glitch on two occasions.

Good location, clean rooms with decent equipments, nice breakfast
I was told off by a staff member working in the kitchen area when I was trying to fill up my water bottle from water fountain by the reception (which was free for guests btw) saying it’s only meant to be used with the glasses next to it. I think in the summer with constant 35+ degrees, this policy should be reconsidered.

The room itself was spacious enough and clean upon arrival. However, the extra bed provided for the third guest was extremely uncomfortable and, in my opinion, can hardly be described as a proper bed. It consisted of a very thin mattress placed directly on metal bars, which made the structure extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. On a positive note, the hotel is very well located, right next to a metro station, in a lively area with restaurants and shops within a few minutes' walk. I also have no particular negative comments regarding the hotel building itself.
We stayed at the hotel for three nights as a group of three adults, having booked a triple room. Unfortunately, the quality of service did not meet the standards we expected from a four-star hotel.
Upon arrival, the room was prepared for only two people: there were just two bathrobes, two drinking glasses, two coffee cups, and only two complimentary coffee capsules. While these may seem like small details individually, they were disappointing given that the reservation was clearly made for three adults.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the lack of housekeeping during our entire three-night stay. According to the information on Booking.com, daily room cleaning was provided, but our room was not serviced at all during our stay. We kept waiting for the room to be cleaned, and as a result, the rubbish remained in the room throughout our stay. This was particularly disappointing and gave us the feeling that there was not enough attention to the guest experience.
Guests who are sensitive to noise should also be aware that rooms facing the street may be affected by the sound of the underground trains, which can be quite disturbing.
Overall, I was unfortunately disappointed with the level of service and the lack of attention to basic details during our stay. I did not feel the level of customer orientation or service consistency that I would expect from a four-star hotel, especially one presenting itself as part of a well-known international hotel brand. I hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and improve the consistency of its housekeeping and guest services.
