Lovely surroundings in the courtyard, from the old factory chimney and the flowers/ greenery giving the hotel a secluded and relaxed appeal when approaching the reception
Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, wish we had spent a second night here !
Nothing really, the only downside was the distance from the old town, not really walkable but there is a metro station near to the hotel with direct links to the centre.

The hotel was a mill conversion giving it lots of character …..
The b fast area was too small . At busy times it was hard to get access to the food
The hotel is very nice presented but the location is a bit far away from the centre

Clean room; air conditioning in the room; beds comfortable enough. Breakfast was good.
It's in an awkward location. It's close-ish to to U-lines, but getting to them means either jaywalking across a busy street or a circuitous walk. And there's very little of note near the hotel, so you need to take a bit of a walk to do anything.
The staff were... curt. Not rude or anything, but not particularly warm or helpful.
