Amazingly beautiful place. Very well equipped, good air conditioner, they presented some coffee (tablet coffee machine) and a bottle of cold water. We came late at night - so there was a comfortable online check in on the spot. They offer a free parking in the underground garage 300 metres away from the apartment. You could go straight to the parking garage (when you will receive the address), take the ticket and bring it with you - you can enter the parking garage just with the ticket. You will receive in the hotel a ticket to leave the garage without payment. There is a reception desk. Shower gel, hand soap have an amazing smell. Oh and the location is amazing - just few minutes walking and there is a market place: during the day fruits, vegetables, at night - nice bars, wine bar and very tasty place with schnitzel - Meidlinger Alm. Apartment house has an nice inner yard and for smokers a smoking spot.
The mattress was soft - maybe not for everyone’s liking. We had problems with a dishwasher but we informed the reception, so probably they fixed it.

The apartment itself was great! It was very modern and stylish, spotlessly clean, great kitchen facilities and the beds were very comfortable. Despite the reviews, we had no problems with the electronic check in system, however I can see that being a problem if it were to fail.
The staff were unhelpful and unapproachable. The safe was locked on arrival, I messaged the chat system, received no response. I messaged again in the morning and was told it would be dealt with, nobody came. When we spoke to reception they looked blankly then told me it would be dealt with. I had to take all of our valuables with us on a day in Vienna - but helpful and the ladies were somewhat rude.
I would also caution regarding the area. While the train to central Vienna was convenient and local cafes and restaurants were welcoming and friendly, the area felt somewhat run down. We felt slightly uneasy at times and there was an incident in a restaurant on our first night that involved the police. Maybe not great for a young family.

Good size room, big bathroom, waking distance to public transport, supermarket & eating places. Parking garage 100m walk to apartment.
