We were there for my birthday and the staff kindly upgraded us. The original room felt quite small but the upgraded room was fantastic. Reception staff were so helpful. Great location.

The hotel is right across the street from Vienna’s west station and easily accessible. The interior design is impeccable, mid century modern vibes with gorgeous pieces and architecture of the gods. Well done to the designers and the team behind this amazing experience, everything in our room was thoughtful and made our trip in Vienna unforgettable! Definitely will be staying here again next time! Friendly staff, spot clean room, great design and accessible location, this hotel has it all!

L'albergo si trova in una perfetta posizione per utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, tram e metro, molto efficienti nella città di Vienna per raggiungere qualsiasi attrazione, museo, teatro ed il centro storico. E' un bellissimo edificio completamente ristrutturato ma che ha mantenuto lo stile originario, anche all'interno, nell'arredamento delle parti comuni come nelle camere. Molto elegante. Personale giovane disponibile e molto gentile. La colazione spettacolare! non mancava nulla per iniziare la giornata con quello che preferivi infatti c'era molta scelta e tutto freschissimo. Il ristorante è aperto al pubblico a cena con un menu originale di cucina mediterranea. Le aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte!

Everything was absolutely amazing. The room was exactly what I had expected, and very comfortable with lovely decor. The breakfast was varied, with warm and cold foods, the fruits and pastries were a highlight. The staff were always super friendly and welcoming, special thanks and love to the two women at the breakfast entrance. The location is incredibly convenient for travel to the inner city, the outskirts of Vienna, and the airport.
Anyone who complains about this hotel is a big baby. The entire place is top-tier perfect.
