It was very convenient to have a washing machine, unfortunately without drying… kitchen comparatively spacious, with dishwasher which is quite rare… very pleasant apartment
Colour of curtains could be better… no gym … AC could be stronger

Loved the reception area and the billiard table!
The theme of the hotel is marvelous and we loved finding lyrics of songs everywhere.
The location is perfect, there's a shopping centre right next door.
The cost of the breakfast was too expensive.

Breakfast was amazing, fresh, delicious, great variety and staff were very helpful.
Exterior building as well as hallways appeared outdated, scratched, faded, part of the hotel was likely renovated but not the part we were housed in. Difficult to figure out how to get to the hotel from the adjacent parking garage.
Although clean, rooms were not quite like advertised; we initially got two similar size, larger and comfortable rooms but one of them had no electricity and the door would not lock. Eventually half the family got a different room, very small, just barely fitting the double bed… and told it was the same price.
