Excellent modern apartment in a central location, near the beach, with parking. Reasonable price for Bournemouth in August. Well equipped kitchen. Funky Austin Powers decor worked for this apartment, although the number and mix of pictures in the bedroom is too much. Very good detailed instructions for collecting keys including a video to view on your phone. You need to collect the keys and car park entry thingy from the apartment to get into the car park under the building. I would definitely stay here again. Recommend Twelve restaurant.
The advertised balcony is on the ground floor at the top of steps for public access to the apartment complex, so not really usable as outside space. This can not be changed but the photos should be more honest about it.

Clear instructions sent by owners relating to check in procedure. Extremely clean property, spacious apartment for two people. Luxury high quality furniture and fittings. Very close to beach and town centre. Designated free car parking space with easy access to the apartment from underground car park via lift. Good quality electric fan which was needed as we stayed during the heatwave.
No working blind in the bedroom and it would be useful if this was a blackout blind.

Great size flat,comfy bed and sofa, good location 5 minutes walk to town centre few more minutes to the beach, but be aware of the walk back, it's up a pretty steep hill.
Very good communication with the owners, explained we came in by train so wandering with luggage was a pain, but an early check in was much appreciated. Easy check-in check out... step by step photos.
