Located in Deschutes River Woods, this attractive house for $498 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This house is specially built for vacation rental also. The construction will be finished by the end of March, 2020. Exactly the same house as the 60229 Cinder Butte House. Everything is the same except the furniture and the color of the counters. Minutes away from the Old Mills District, parks, art, culture, restaurants and dining. 20-25 minutes away from Mt. Bachelor and Cascade Lakes. you will love my place because of the comfy bed, nice kitchen, coziness and the larger rooms. My place is good for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. 5 person hot tub and 65 inch 4K TV. This house is $160 per day cheaper because it is new. For guests' safety, we have a CCTV camera on the outside of the house, above the door, and between the door and the garage, and above the outside light. The camera is to monitor outside of the house when the house is vacant. Guests can turn off the camera by unplug the power of the module from the wall. This beautiful and clean B&B more than accommodated our family of 14, ranging from newborn to Grandpa. The hot tub was a highlight for many of us. There was also no hassle about having our two dogs at this B&B. The only thing that could have made it better would have been SNOW!

Nice place overall. Online description only showed bedrooms for 13. Unsure where the rest of our party was going to sleep. Beds in open areas amd closets. Lots of bunk beds were hard for couples but overall a good experience. Plenty of linens and kitchen was fairly well stocked for a vrbo house. Tons of storage and TV's for everyone. Wish there was snow like we planned but not your fault lol, so we were stuck inside way more than we planned to be.

David was exceptional at communication and providing info on nearby places to hike. The house was everything David said it was….Met all of our needs for a large family gathering. The neighborhood was quite and easy to get around in. The hot tub was a hit and so was the air hockey and ping pong table….5 star rating and will book again in the future.

This was a great property for our stay in Bend. There were 13 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone! We appreciated the abundance of beds, pillows, blankets. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit and jacuzzi. The kids even rode the bikes around the neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

David is super nice, flexible and great to work with! The house has everything you’ll need. Hot tub is clean! Yard is HUGE with tons of outdoor livability! Dog friendly. WiFi was weak but otherwise a really great stay.

The house is large and perfect for a large group. The host is very responsive to anything needed (we had a small request that was delivered within 30 minutes!!). He really cares about his guests and goes the extra mile to make sure they have everything they need.

Great house for our huge group of friends. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to cook many meals for 20 people. The location was close to the highway for easy access to lots of fun activities.

The house was plenty large to accommodate our group of 12, and the kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of appliances, etc. We enjoyed the location to Bend and the activities. The yard was a bit dusty and subject to the local elements of deer, etc. It would have been nice to have more of that manicured, however when looking at the rest of the neighborhood, all the lawns were similar, so thinking the soils are limiting that process. The only disappointment was that the garage is full of stuff, we expected 10 of the owners bikes, but it was stuffed full of other things and we were unable to use it for storage (bikes) during our visit. David is very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times. Couple of areas could have been a bit cleaner, but still very nice.

House was big enough for all 19 of us. Just wasn't super clean, but we made the best of the situation and had a great weekend with friends and family. Probably would not stay here again.

The house was large enough to accommodate our very large group. Fully stocked kitchen, accommodations for all age groups, including my disabled sister. Located close to everything in Bend! David the host, was so easy to communicate with, and helpful!I will definately be back!!

We had an amazing girls weekend, this house was everything we could have asked for! Tons of beds, space for gathering, and a good outdoor area in back. The host was friendly and communicative and made our stay a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here!

We traveled here with a large group for a birthday party. Everything from the layout of the home to the communication with David was great! The house came furnished with everything we needed for a great weekend. David was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! I would have no issues staying again!

This house was a perfect choice for our family's Christmas get together. There was plenty of space to spread out. The kids found toys and games to play. We loved that we were able to wash clothes after some fun in the snow. 20 people to one water heater tested our love for one another haha. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, tupperware and incidentals. Overall a really great experience.

Great place for a large group gathering. More than enough blanket, towel’s and beds for our group of 20 people. Had everything we needed to cook large meals for our big group. Two crock pots, 3 coffee pots, a bbq and more. The host contacted me a couple different times making sure our stay for going well. Definitely recommend.

We were a group of 15 and this is just what we needed. room for everyone, good area to BBQ and make breakfasts and room to just hang out (foosball, table tennis, hot tub). And close to the outdoor activities we were seeking (golf, hiking & biking).

The property was okay. A lot of broken chairs on side of house. Patio furniture was not clean. Food stuck on outside tables. House was a little different on the inside from what pictures showed. Not prepared for the downstairs bedroom to be just closed off by curtains and next to hall and curtain closing off living room. Very noisy and hard to sleep if others were up. Hot tub was not useable all of us own hot tubs and discovered the wrong chemicals were being used in the hot tub. Everything else was fine. Kitchen was great lots of room. Many ways to cook with electric appliances all furnished. No need to bring anything for cooking its all there. Patio was great sit out on once cleaned up. All the bedrooms upstairs were great and enough bathrooms. Living room was great for sitting most everyone. Lots of couches. Everyone had a good time.

However, we did run out of toilet paper and there were not quite enough towels and had to go buy more toilet paper and do a couple of loads of laundry to wash the towels. Considering there are enough beds to sleep 20 people, there should have been more towels and more toilet paper. But, we still had a great time renting the place and I would recommend it to someone with a large group!
