Dogs are welcome! We do charge a pet fee, and we do not allow dogs to be on any of the furniture or beds. This helps us keep the furniture and beds clean and protected from any potential damage.

Please note we provide limited supplies per reservations on shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. We do recommended if you are booking with a large group to bring extra bathroom supplies.

⚠️ 2 PM early check-in and 12 PM late check-out are available for $50 each, subject to availability.

Important Information Regarding Your Stay:
Hot Tub Maintenance: Properties with hot tubs are professionally serviced weekly. If the hot tub requires attention at check-in or during your stay, please message us so we can dispatch our maintenance team. This made be next day when the hot tub crew can stop by.
Offsite Management: We manage this property offsite and will respond to your messages and concerns as quickly as possible. If not urgent we will get to your message within 24 hours.
Emergencies: For any emergency requiring the police or fire department, please dial 911 immediately.

Cancellation Policy Note: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
