About this cottage rental
Nestled in Kawartha Lakes, this attractive cottage for $258 per night is a great option for your next trip. - Quiet Cottage with Air conditioning just 10 mins away from downtown Fenelon Falls, close to grocery stores, antique shopping, atv , snowmobile trails etc. Fenelon Falls welcomes all snowmobiles and atvs downtown. - Public boat launch down the street if you bring your own boat. 1 canoe, 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board boat for use with life jackets provided during stay. There is a 50ft dock great for fishing with a ladder to go swimming and patio seating above dock looking over the river. Outside fire pit with lots of seating, please bring your own fire wood. Propane bbq is provided for use. - one level cottage with propane fireplace, open living room, dining room and kitchen. Main bedroom with queen bed, bedroom #2 large room with 2 beds bunk bed (twin on top and double on bottom bed) and large queen size bed. Living room has a pull out sofa bed. In the summer time there is a bunkie on the front yard with a double bed. Each bed is supplied with sheets, blankets and pillows. Cottage can sleep 8 adults in the winter and 10 in the summer (when bunkie is used). -Cottage water comes from the river with UV filtered system. Washer and dryer are available to wash bedding and towels for repeated use. Some towels are provided for you stay but you may want to bring extra. There is 1 washroom with tub/ shower. There is also 1 toilet in the laundry room ( no sink or shower in laundry room). - Cottage comes with inside/outside furniture, fridge, stove, microwave, glasses, pots pans, general kitchen ware, coffeemaker and Keurig machine. Cleaning supplies are included. 55in TV and internet are included (unlimited internet with wifi). There is a DVD player and lots of DVDS to watch.

We had a great stay at the Riverside cottage. The house was very clean and well kept. Bedding and towels provided and so much more. Quiet and peaceful mornings and at night. We enjoyed eating our meals on the the sheltered deck overlooking the river. A fun experience swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. All gear was provided. A wonderful and memorable time spent with the family.

Beautiful property on the river; the main area was perfect for 2 couples and 2 kids (in the bunk beds) and another couple in the bunkie area.
The property has everything you need, and if not, the drive into town is close!
The river was very quiet during our stay, and added even more to the relaxing atmosphere.
We did bring our dog and Tiffany also had a dog bed / bowls to provide! Lots of other dogs up and down the river.
Tiffany was a fabulous host and we would definitely recommend!

Very well-kept property. Exactly as advertised, and we really could not have asked for more. Very friendly owner, and we also found neighbours quiet and nice. Dog friendly, and almost no traffic, so great for walks.
We were very impressed by the work put in to make and keep the property and house neat, clean, and attractive!

This was our second year here. This is a great cottage in a great spot. Lots of outdoor adventures to do. Great fishing, kayaking and swimming. Tiffany keeps the place very clean and presentable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from Friday-Monday. Such a beautiful spot with everything you need and more to enjoy your stay!! So much to enjoy inside and out and amazing hosts as well. Comfortable beds, modern decor with a very cozy feel. We will definitely try and book again!!

2. Property is top notch. We were hard pressed to think of ANYTHING they didn't have. The largest DVD collection ever.

Excellent fall weekend location, beautiful cottage thoughtfully appointed to meet all our needs. Starting with a boat launch nearby for a great day of fishing for the guys while the girls explored the historic towns of Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygen.. There was a new barbecue for a evening meal on the beautiful new riverside deck a gazebo. We could go on……. But just want to say thanks for a great weekend with no surprises other than complete satisfaction.

Our group enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. The kitchen is well appointed with all tools but we needed our own oil and other basics. The place is located on a beautiful river. There are neighbours close by but it’s still quiet. There are nice trails for walking a short drive away.

The location was fantastic, backing onto the river. The property was excellent. Spacious, clean and very well equipped for a short or long stay. Tiffany and Lawrence were excellent hosts and made everything easy. We we highly recommend this property and will definitely be booking this it again.

We had an amazing 5 days on the river. This cottage is beautiful well maintained and has everything you could possibly need. So many fun things to do paddle board, kayaking, canoeing and great fishing. Tiffany is an amazing host anything we needed or questions we had she filled us in. I cannot say anything negative about this property everything was clean and organized and Tiffany also laid out the dog bed and dinner bowls for our dog. That’s something we didn’t expect to see overall I’d stay here again and again wonderful management and professional prompt response’s.

Amazing summer getaway!
My family had a fantastic cottage vacation at Tiffany’s property. We went with our 3 year old and he had endless fun! Very comfortable, cosy and clean. Exactly as advertised. We were not disappointed!
We also made it out to Bobcaygeon and Fenelon falls which are close by. The river was gorgeous, we went kayaking and swimming each morning. Very quiet area! Thank you Tiffany!

The pictures do not do this place justice. This was one of the best cottages our group has ever been to. Tiffany went above and beyond. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, pans and utensils we didn’t need a single thing extra when cooking. I really liked that she had paddle boards and kayaks it was so fun for the whole group. The bunkie was so cozy I would definitely recommend it for a couple. The entire place was super clean and my what a movie collection Tiffany had, trust me you can have a movie marathon for a month at least. She was so amazing quickly answering all the questions we had and suggesting places for us go. The neighbours were super friendly and they all had doggies so cute and welcoming. We’ve already started planning another trip back to this place …it was that good. Thanks again Tiffany :).

Weekend away
We absolutely loved our time together here. My wife and I stayed with our two dogs on a freezing cold weekend in February. The cottage has everything you would ever need and it was immaculately clean. The dogs appreciated the little trails you made for us and we enjoyed cozying up outside and inside by the fire. Can't wait to come back in the summer with the whole family.

This cottage was cozy, clean, organized and had everything that we needed! The kitchen was also stocked with everything that we needed to cook with. It was perfect for our off the grid weekend! We also were able to bring our black lab, Cali. As cottage owners ourselves, we appreciated Tiffany's professionalism and how quickly she responded to our questions.
