Gorgeous, new construction, executive, four-bedroom waterfront cottage mid-way between Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon - 7 minutes from either town; 25 minutes from Lindsay and about 2 hrs. from Toronto near Eganridge Gold & Country Club - On Sturgeon Lake - on the Trent/Severn system - Spectacular view! facing South (lots of sun); 100+ feet of waterfront - One king size, 2 queen size and two double beds - Three full bathrooms, one is en-suite in master bedroom, one is in lower level - Central heating and central air conditioning - Stone-clad propane fire place in greatroom - Cathedral ceiling in greatroom - Extra large fridge, stove, dishwasher, laundry facilities, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, etc. - Satellite, 2 huge flat screen TV's, Internet/WiFi - Large dock, deck and patio at ground level; 2 patio tables, lots of chairs and loungers - finished basement with walk-out - firepit - Large propane BBQ (propane included) - Municipal garbage pick-up - Level lot (Note - property is private but it is not "secluded" - there are neighbours on both sides.) Stay was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was fantastic for cooking a feast. Everything we needed was there! Home is beautiful and spacious with lots of room for everyone to have space. Vicky is a fantastic host and made check in easy. She easily accessible for questions and responds promptly. Truly a great get away! Would love to see it in the summer!

We had an amazing time at Vicky's cottage. The house is beautiful and the lake view is just breathtaking. The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked meals for the whole family. Vicky was very welcoming and the contact with her was super easy.We would definitely recommend it!

A great cottage! The house itself is spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. Vicky really cares about a great guest experience and the house is very welcoming. Located between Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon means you are close to beaches, restaurants, playgrounds, farmer markets and more! The lot offers lots of privacy

We booked this cottage for an escape from the city during winter break. When we arrived the house was very clean and welcoming. The pictures do not do it justice. We had a 14 month old and 2.5 year old with us. The house was very easy to child proof for them. The great room is amazing with tons of natural like and great views so even on a raining day it’s enjoyable. Vicky was great to work with and very quick to respond to emails. I would recommend this cottage to others.

Everything was well kept and very modern. There was lots of place for 3 adult couples. The master bedroom was wonderful with the ensuite and a skylight above the bed. The deck is generous and lots of space to move around and so is the backyard that is Sturgeon Lake. We did use the paddle boat for a little bit and really enjoyed everything at this cottage. I would love to go back again and highly recommend it.

As soon we entered, its WOW feeling. Neatest ever cottage. Fully loaded with small details taken care for guests. We all are very pleased and would love to go back again. The view of lake is stunning. Very calming relaxing. The host is amazing, quick and very helpful.

The photos do not do it justice! So light and bright and spacious! Two levels make it perfect to have youngsters downstairs and oldsters upstairs to enjoy their own thing yet space for everyone to come together to eat or play games. Vicky & Jim are very friendly and helpful hosts. Everything we needed was right where we expected it to be.

We rented Vicky's lovely, roomy cottage in early November for a long-postponed family get-together. For us six adults, it was the perfect venue. Pretty, comfy bedrooms. A huge kitchen. Beautiful dining and living rooms with gorgeous views of the lake. And Vicky was so friendly, attentive and quick to respond. The fact that we had warm, sunny weather in November was just icing on the cake!

This beautiful cottage is a definite place to gather and relax! Our group of friends completely enjoyed staying at this bright and spacious cottage. The large windows and peaceful waterfront views make this cottage a truly scenic destination. Vicky is a caring host who replies quickly to all your questions. Just a wonderful place to stay!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. Beautiful home and beautiful spot on the water.I only had a small complaint, but mostly because it’s COVID, and normally wouldn’t have registered. The cleaning could be better. The main bathroom had grime and dirt along baseboards etc and because we moved furniture due to my team training that weekend, we found a ton of dust and dirt where we moved furniture. Other than that, we all enjoyed this property and would definitely stay again.

So nice to experience a lovely Fall get away .. we have travelled from California to Cape Cod and so nice to stay in a property that is advertised as it acually is! Our host was lovely as she greeted us and provided a tour of our accommodations. Just two of us vacationing with our "Jasper" the Golden Retriever and although we did not require all the space provided ... we enjoyed it immensely! We love to cook and prepare our own meals and found our kitchen area and cooking supplies well equipped for any type of meal. So important as we unfortunately had rain for most of our week away. None the less we enjoyed the Satellite TV .. the deck to look out on the lake and the fireplace in the great room. We will return Vicki and hope that the next time the Sun will shine but if not we know we will enjoy our time in your lake house!

Our host Vicky was incredibly hospitable and welcoming us to her and her husband, Jim’s, home. The property itself is as functional as it is gorgeous. Our group found all the required amenities, tools, equipment that we needed to have a wonderful stay. The home is newly renovated with all the modernities you’d expect. One pleasant surprise was how fast and stable the internet connection was. All the bedrooms are spacious to accommodate 8 adults extremely well. If you’re planning a stay, definitely opt in for the motor boat. Being able to get on the water on a beautiful day makes a world of difference in your experience. The location is convenient and close to both fenelon falls and bobcaygeon so you’re covered for any trips to groceries, pharmacy, restaurant and other activities if you wish. I suggest having a nice lunch in bobcaygeon before checking in to the property. Would love to visit again!
