Property was convenient for our needs and check-in and breakfast were easy. Room comfortable with plenty of amenities. Communication with us was excellent and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. All this added to our lovely weekend in Watford.

Perfect stay! Everything we needed and they definitely made the most of the space available in the room. Staff were so incredibly nice and welcoming, really nice place to be!
The light did leak through the blinds slightly very early morning, as they were 3 separate blinds (perhaps a full long one would be better) but that’s a very minor thing!!

Good location, easy free on-site parking. Close to the tube station so easy to get to Wembley stadium. Convenient location for Harry Potter studios.

The check-in experience was a bit strange, I had to ring a mobile number while stood outside the door, and then someone came to let me in after a few minutes. Then instead of giving me a key I was told the two door codes for the main entrance and my room which I wrote down, then I was walked to my room and told there should already be a keyfob in my room but it wasn't there, so I had to wait around for 5-10 mins while they sorted this, but it turned out it was just the same door code written down on a piece of paper.
The room was incredibly hot and stuffy when I stayed in May, there was a fan provided but it was very inefficient and loud so I didn't get a good night's sleep while I was here.
There is a mini fridge in the room which was handy for milk, food etc, but it smelt horrendous like mould, and made everything I put in the fridge stink. Needs a deep clean or replacing.
The room is not very well maintained and could do with several improvements, e.g. the hook on the door is just stuck on and fell off with the weight of my thin coat, bathroom door wouldn't close properly. Felt like being back in student accommodation.
