The rooftops has a BREATHTAKING view of the NASHVILLE SKYLINE, and weatherproof TV'S and bar cart for entertaining. These townhomes has everything you need to make unforgettable memories in Music City! Bed configuration - Downstairs bedroom 1 - 2 Full Beds + 1 extra foldable bed Upstairs bedroom 2 - 2 Queen Beds + 1 extra foldable bed Upstairs bedroom 3 - 1 King Bed Living Room: 2 Queen pullout sofa beds (we have the same bed configuration for all units) Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Half bath in the living room. This place has been planned thinking about you, the guest. Not one detail overlooked. This house is straight out of a magazine! *GREAT FOR LARGE GROUPS* We own the entire complex. The complex has 5 side by side large beautiful NEW townhomes. The complex has the capability of holding up to 50 guests. Each house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. We have accommodations that can fit any group size, so please inquire and we can find the best option for you! This home is located in an up and coming part of East Nashville. East Nashville is currently going through a gentrification process. This means you will see new homes next to older. East Nashville has been a popular hipster area for a few years now due to its proximity to downtown. We are part of the expansion area. We are just a short distance to award -winning restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and music venues, in hip East Nashville. Absolute perfect location! Close to so many amenities/activities. Whether that be sports stadiums (pro football & minor league baseball), bars, coffee shop, food options (grocery stores & restaurants), or even activities like Top Golf. We stayed in 3 of the 5 townhomes (15 guys) with plenty of room. Each guy had their own very comfortable bed. All units are exactly the same with 2 units in the front and 3 units right behind them. Every unit’s garage faces each other. Yes, they have 2 car garages underneath each unit. Safe location that is just far enough from Broadway to escape the night life for relaxation on the roof top decks! Each roof top has patio furniture and TVs to watch the sports games when the bars are to crowded. For you ladies the bachelor & bachelorette :) Houses are very clean with large kitchens. We cooked our own BBQ one night while having enough room for 15 guys to eat in one unit. 12/10 would recommend and stay here again on my next trip. Accommodates small and large groups depending how many units you will need. Appreciate the host. Quick response time when asking questions & expedited processes for checking in & out for our stay. Thank you again!
