The room was lovely and as the description. We were met by Nylet who was a very lovely host and helped rectify the problem we had with the parking. Breakfast, again served by Nylet, and was really lovely. The hotel was situated close to the town and within walking distance. Large bed with nice fresh linen. Our room had a freestanding bath and a shower.
Parking at the hotel could have been better and there was a charge of 35 euros. We always look for a hotel with secure parking and although it was secure and Nylet managed to get a space for our car we probably would look for a hotel with better parking facilities in the future. There was a coffee machine but would have been nice to have a kettle to make tea. Most hotels we stay at provide complimentary water in the room, you have to pay for water here. The room was beautifully decorated but not practical, nowhere to lay out your toiletries (there was a small trolley but this already had items on it). I had to lay my toiletries on the floor. Would have expected better for 460 euros for 1 night.

Great location, a short walk from the centre of Bruges. Room was very comfortable. Host was excellent and would recommend to anyone.
