Nuestra estadía en B&B Swan fue maravillosa. La habitación es muy espaciosa, cómoda y estaba impecablemente limpia. Se nota el cuidado que ponen en cada detalle.
Algo que también nos sorprendió gratamente fue que arreglan la habitación durante la estadía. Cada vez que regresábamos, encontrábamos la habitación arreglada y todo en su lugar. Para nosotros fue un detalle excelente, especialmente porque no es algo que normalmente esperamos encontrar en un B&B.
Algo que nos encantó fue el desayuno. Cada mañana dejan el desayuno en la puerta y el día anterior te dan una lista con diferentes alternativas para que puedas escoger exactamente lo que deseas. Hay frutas, panes, carnes, huevos y muchas otras opciones. Todo estaba excelente y el detalle de recibirlo en la puerta hace que la mañana comience de una manera muy agradable.
La habitación también cuenta con un pequeño espacio muy conveniente con microondas, fregadero, cubiertos y neverita. Para una estadía de varios días, esto resulta súper práctico.
Los anfitriones son maravillosos. Su atención está llena de pequeños detalles, mensajes y mucha disposición para ayudarte. Se preocupan genuinamente por que tu estadía sea lo mejor posible y, si necesitas algo, hacen todo lo que está a su alcance para ayudarte a conseguirlo. Ese tipo de atención hace una gran diferencia.
Como única sugerencia, y lo digo con mucho respeto porque me he hospedado en más de 150 hoteles, sería estupendo tener uno de esos pequeños soportes para colocar la maleta y poder abrirla cómodamente. Es un detalle pequeño, pero haría la habitación todavía más práctica.
El estacionamiento del B&B está cerca, aunque no se encuentra dentro de la propiedad. Para nosotros no fue un inconveniente.
El B&B está bastante cerca del centro de Brujas, aunque hay que hacer una caminata para llegar.

Original and very nice hotel, and extremely friendly hosts. Great to have a historic theme to the hotel and also a sustainability objective

We loved the secret garden breakfasts, the location, the large shower, the comfy big bed, the bath robes and the hospitality we received from the hosts- they were so attentive. The free parking a short walk away was superb too!
We really loved all of it. The small few things we would say is our room did not get lots of natural light so did feel quite dark. A slightly larger wardrobe would have been ideal and a little more floor space as the furniture was large.
