Nestled in Narragansett Beach, this attractive house for $499 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 2200 sq ft house with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms located on Azalea Road in Narragansett. The house is located on a quiet street in a nice family neighborhood. 2 beach passes to Narragansett Town Beach are included. Newly installed central AC for both floors. The house has an open concept for a ranch house. The entire house has been completely updated including a new kitchen that has quartz counter tops, custom cabinets and high end stainless steel appliances. Brand new floors and custom bench/table area were also just installed. The house has two family rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). The upstairs is just under 1300 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchen, family room and dining room. The family room is very bright, has two sky lights, large sectional, and is open to the kitchen. The downstairs is completely finished with a large family room, washer/dryer room, full bathroom, 1 bedroom and new flooring. Beautiful 750 sq ft trex deck with outdoor couches, large table, grill, outdoor shower and has three different levels. We supply most of the essentials needed while you are on vacation (coffee, paper towels, towels, linens, beach chairs, coolers, welcome gift, etc). Narrow river is only .5 mile walk and Narragansett town beach is only 3.5 miles away. Newport is about a 15 minute drive. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, coffee shop and Brickley’s Ice Cream shop. Please contact me with any questions.

This house was clean, beautiful, in a nice quiet neighborhood and great for a family. It was a quick ride to the beach and restaurants. Justin responded quickly to one question we had at arrival and everything was in great condition! We will definitely be going back!

We loved this house! It was very comfortable, lots of places to socialize together as one big group and the backyard deck was perfect. If you have kids, this place is also great as it has cute little areas for them, and a fenced in yard! Highly recommend, this was a wonderful experience.

Everything was perfect from the start! Great communication from Justin. He answered several questions timely that helped us plan our trip! House is layed out nicely and famiky friendly! Neighborhood is quiet and located closely to beaxhes, shops, food and ice cream! We plan to return. Thank you!!

We’ve stayed here 3 years in a row and would come back for a 4th in a heartbeat. The property is super clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood, and conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, shops, and Brickley’s ice cream. There is plenty of indoor spaces for friends and family to gather or spread out. If you like to run or walk in the morning, the neighborhood is perfect to do so. Justin is a great host, who is very communicative and helpful.

Justin was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early (no rental before us). House is clean and functional, plenty of room for all of us. Quite neighborhood and a friendly shorty cat comes around to say hello.

I can’t say enough about the host who was so accommodating on short notice! We booked the property the day we were arriving as a spare of the moment get away for our Mom’s Birthday. He was so responsive and helpful in getting us in at the last minute. We arrived to a beautiful kept home with a welcome gift ! The property had everything we needed and was immaculate. The host did not skip on anything including 2 Beach passes . We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look into staying again

We always go away for one week over the summer and try a new place. We may just have to go back to this one again! Justin made sure he answered all questions prior to our arrival and had information that would help us make the best of our week. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. Wonderful house for a family, especially with younger kids, plenty of space to spread out, finished basement, a lovely deck to enjoy outside time and a yard to play in. Super clean, updated and well-stocked with everything you need. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood in a convenient location to grocery stores and a great ice cream place! Hosts were very responsive and helpful with information you would need for a fun vacation :)

Our family was on a last minute getaway and needed accommodations for a couple nights in July. We are so grateful to have found/booked this house. It was spacious, great layout, showed pride of ownership in spades, and was pristinely clean! Bedrooms were all very comfortable. We ate most meals on the fantastic back patio dining set. We enjoyed a movie night in each of the two living rooms. We honestly felt like we were living in a show home for a couple days. Finding something to critique would be really tough - the best I could do is to say it’s in a serene residential neighborhood, 7min drive from a fantastic beach? Perfect for our wants and needs! Would we stay here again? Absolutely without hesitation (and without searching for alternatives)!

This was a lovely home ! Close to beach and many places in area to bring a 3 year old ! Our son love the night lights on toddler bed and was so excited every night. The beach passes where great just needed to realize they are not parking passes. The beach passes gets you on the beach but still need to pay for parking if you do not get free spot along the wall for Narragansett beach. It is a beautiful clean beach with great Amenties ! There was an extremely friendly cat that likes to say hi when outside just be aware not to leave the door open. The owners were extremely communicative and answered all our questions promptly

We spent a lovely weekend in Narraganset. The house was perfect for our family met all of our needs as well as young children. The host was very easy to communicate with and very kind. Would definitely recommend this listing to anyone interested in the area especially with young children.

Had a great time in Narragansett at this gem. Space for 6 adults and 2 kids - the kids bedroom had cute little beds close to the ground, which was great for a little who tends to roll out from time to time. Not only was everything clean and comfortable, we enjoyed visits from Ollie, the local tuxedo cat who our children adored. If you’re in town, this is a great spot to stay!

Convenient location to the beaches, ice cream shops, cafés, and restaurants. Lots of indoor and outdoor space and located in a quiet neighborhood. The living and bedroom spaces were very comfortable, clean, modern, and contained all the amenities my family with two small children needed. It was a perfect location for us to visit RI beaches, do school and work virtually, and have family over for dinner. It was also a great place to stay when it was too rainy to go to the beach. Justin, the owner, was very courteous and responsive when we had questions. We hope to rent there again next summer.

My friends and I booked Justin's home for a beach holiday, and couldn't be happier with our stay. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked with more than just essentials (beach towels, beach passes, chairs, kitchen appliances, pantry staples, outdoor space with grill, toiletries, etc.) The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to great food and the beach. Justin was a great host—communicative and helpful. Thanks again for a great stay!

One of my favorite Airbnb stays to date. Home was just as pictured in a nice quiet neighborhood. Prime location near tons of beaches and restaurants. Host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Even reached out after checkout when my 3 year old left her stuffed animal behind, and helped get it back to her. Can’t wait to return. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My family stayed at Justin and Sara’s home for a week, and oh what a fabulous time! The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive or bike ride to many stores and sites in Narragansett. The home, newly renovated, was very clean and comfortable. We love the beaches of Narragansett! Ice cream at Brickley’s (and many other places) was always a delicious treat at the end of the day. Newport is a short 20 minute drive from the house, with it’s many historic homes. We loved our stay in Narragansett, with its relaxed and friendly vibe. Perfect for a summer getaway!
