Everything,from the welcome by Jane, the room and bathroom facilities, the superb breakfast ( even if it was more than I had asked for) and the attention to detail .

Nice quiet location in the countryside
Bathroom was not en suite. This was not made clear in the initial write up
Cooked breakfast was previously made and held in the oven so was dry
No toast even though butter and marmalade was on the table
Might just have been a bad morning but was disappointing
Can't really understand previous ratings based on our experience
